Bihar DECE LE 2025 Application Form has been released, and the last date to submit the application form is April 15, 2025. The application fee deadline for the candidates is April 16, 2025. Online applications are invited by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board at the bceceboard.bihar.gov.in website. Detailed information about the filling of the application form has been given on the official website. Those who filled out the Bihar DECE LE 2025 exam application form 2025 had to pay the requisite application fee before the last date. Only applications that have completed the entire process will be considered. Bihar DECE LE Application Fee 2025

Bihar DECE LE Application Fee 2025 should be paid by candidates filling up the Bihar DECE LE 2025 application form before the deadline mentioned by the authorities. Bihar DECE LE Application Fee 2025 can be paid online using a Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI. Applicants who have not paid the application fee will not be issued an admit card and his / her candidature will be subsequently canceled by the BCECEB.

Steps to Fill Application Form of Bihar DECE LE 2025

Steps to fill application form for Bihar DECE LE 2025 have been listed below for reference: 

Step1: Registration

Candidates have to first register themselves before filing the application form. To register candidates are required to enter their mobile number and email ID where a verification code will be sent by the authorities. Both their email ID and phone number will be verified by the authorities by sending a verification code. There is no facility provided by the examination authorities to change the candidate's mobile number or email address once it has been verified. After registering the candidates will receive a notification on their registered mobile number and email address in which their registration number will be mentioned. After this the candidates can log into their accounts and start filling out the DECE LE 2025 application form. They can enter in their registration number and password tap on sign in and complete the process. The password set by the candidates during the registration should be confidential and cannot be retrieved under any circumstance. 

Step 2: Entering Personal Detail/ Contact Detail

After successfully registering themselves, candidates have to log in using their registration number/date of birth, password, and security pin. After entering all the personal details like name, father’s name, and address, candidates have to click on the “Submit & Continue” tab to move on to the next step. After filling out the personal information candidates should enter their permanent & correspondence address and tap on the save and continue button.

Step 3: Upload Photo & Signature

In this step, candidates will be required to upload their scanned signature and passport-sized photo as per the specifications & instructions mentioned on the screen. The candidates also have to submit a placard (on which the applicants have to writer his/her name). 

Step 4: Enter Educational Qualifications

In the fourth step, candidates are required to enter their education details like class 10 and 12 percentage and marks, name of the school, roll number and also upload all the educational certificates in the specified format and then click on the “Submit & Continue” button to move to the next step.

Step 5: Preview of Application Form

After entering all the details mentioned in the above steps, candidates can take a preview of their Bihar DECE LE application form 2025 before making the final submission. In this step, if there is any discrepancy that comes to the notice of the applicant, they can make necessary changes before moving to the next step. Candidates after taking a preview of the form can tick the declaration box and click on the “Confirm & Submit” tab. 

Step 6: Exam/Counselling Fee Payment

After submitting the application form for Bihar DECE LE 2025, candidates must ensure to pay the requisite exam fee before the deadline. Once the exam fee is paid by the candidates the fee payment status will change and be updated. The candidate should note that the examination and counselling fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

After submission, every candidate must download Part A and Part B of the application form and take a colored printout for future reference.

DECE LE 2025 Application Form correction window will open from August 18-19, 2025. It is important for the candidates to make changes in their application forms or documents within the stipulated deadline. To edit their application, candidates can follow the steps given here:

• Go to the home page of the application and tap on the sign-in button. 
• Enter the registration number and password and tap on the sign-in button to log into the account. 
• Make all the necessary corrections and tap on the Save and Continue button. 
• Download the confirmation page of the edited application form and take a printout, and keep it safe with you. 

Bihar DECE LE 2025 Application Form Important Instructions

Candidates filling up the Bihar DECE LE 2025 application form must keep note of the following instructions.

• Every candidate must have their own valid Email ID and phone number.
• Candidates must keep their Aadhar Card handy while filling out the application form.
• Scanned copies of their photograph and Hindi and English signatures below 100 KB should be kept in advance.
• For payment of the application fee, credit card/debit card / net banking/UPI facilities have to be availed. 
• There is no need to send the application form confirmation page to the council office. It is only mandatory to provide the form at the time of the DECE LE counselling process so candidates should keep this form with themselves. 
• There is no facility for change/modification of the DECE LE application form 2025 after the final submission, only the change can be made once the DECE LE 2025 application correction window opens. 
• Candidates cannot withdraw their application form after the submission or request any refund of the fees. 
• Candidates should not wait for the last date to make the application/counselling fee payment. The Board will not be responsible for the internet or banking disruptions. 
• Correction in the application form can be done only by the candidates who have complete the process along with the submission of  the fees.
