Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (JEXPO), conducted annually by the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, is a state-level entrance exam for admission to diploma courses in West Bengal. The exam facilitates entry into engineering, technology, and architecture programs. There will be no JEXPO 2024 exam conducted this year. However, the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development has announced the JEXPO application form 2024 last date on its website. Candidates can check the JEXPO important dates 2024 from the table below.

The West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development released the JEXPO application form 2024 on the website scvtwb.in, on February 23, 2024. The last date for submission of the online application form is May 15, 2024. The registration form for JEXPO 2024 can only be completed via online mode. 

Steps to fill out the JEXPO 2024 Application Form

Candidates interested in taking the admission must register and fill out the JEXPO 2024 application form by following the steps mentioned below. 

Step 1 - Online Registration

Candidates have to first open the 'JEXPO Application Form 2024' link on the official website - scvtwb.in and click on 'New Candidate Registration' to register online using their email address and mobile number.

Step 2 - Filling Out the Application Form

In this phase, the candidate must fill out several areas of the application form, such as personal, academic, and contact information.

Step 3 - Document Uploading

The next step involves uploading documents, certificates and marksheets, photographs and signatures along with the application form. When uploading scanned photos of a photograph and signature, candidates must ensure they are in the correct format.

Step 4 - Submission of Application Fee

Candidates must pay the JEXPO application fee 2024 through UPI/Credit card/Debit card/Net banking. The application fee amount for male applicants online is Rs. 200 and for female candidates is Rs. 100. 

Step 5 - Preview and Submission of Application Form

After completing the payment, candidates must preview the JEXPO application form 2024 and finally, submit the same. They are advised to download a copy of the registration form and payment receipt for future reference.

West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development will release the JEXPO 2024 result tentatively in June 2024. West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development will begin the JEXPO 2024 counselling registration tentatively in June 2024. Candidates who make it to the JEXPO merit list 2024 shall be eligible to take part in JEXPO counselling 2024. To participate in the counselling process, candidates have to first register online. After successful registration, they must choose their desired colleges and courses in order of preference, pay the counselling fee, and upload the necessary documents and certificates for verification. Seat allotment will be done based on the candidate's merit rank, preference and availability. The final step involves reporting to the allotted colleges with supporting documents and the provisional allotment letter for admission.
