GEEE 2021 Counselling Process

The candidates who secure marks above the required marks in the GEEE 2021 entrance test will be called for counselling. The counselling and seat allotment of GEEE 2021 will be conducted in offline mode at the Galgotias University. Candidates have to personally visit the Galgotias University along with their documents for verification at the time of counselling. Only after the document verification is complete, candidates will be allowed to sit for the counselling process. It should be noted that candidates have to pay the tuition fee at the time of counselling. The GEEE 2021 seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit list of GEEE 2021 and the choices filled-in by the candidates of B.Tech courses in the application form.

Required Documents During Counselling Process for Verification

The candidates who are called for counselling will have to bring the following original documents along with two sets of photocopies.

• GEEE 2021 admit card

• GEEE 2021 scorecard

• Passing Certificate of 10th standard or equivalent

• Mark Sheet of 10th standard or equivalent

• Passing Certificate of 12th standard or equivalent

• Mark Sheet of 12th standard or equivalent

• Transfer Certificate from the last passed out institution

• Migration Certificate from the last passed out institution

• Medical Fitness Certificate issued by last passed out the institution

• Character Certificate issued by last passed out the institution

• Gap year affidavit if applicable

• Aadhaar card

• 8 Passport size coloured photograph

Important Notes

Here are some important pointers regarding the GEEE 2021 counselling process which the candidates mus be aware of - 

• Candidates have to pay the fee through Demand Draft (DD).

• The demand draft must be drawn in favour of “Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh” payable at Noida/ Greater Noida/ Delhi.

• Candidates have to write their name, course and application ID on the backside of the DD.

• Candidates must note that the allotment of course to the candidates will be final and will not be changed under any condition.
