About KIITEE 2025 Counselling Process

KIITEE 2025 counselling process for Phase I will take place in the 1st week of June 2025. The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will announce the KIITEE result 2025 at kiitee.kiit.ac.in, in the 1st week of April 2025. 

Selected candidates will have to be present at their respective counselling venues along with the requisite documents for the counseling process of KIITEE 2025. Candidates are advised to be present at the counselling venue at least half an hour before the reporting time. Candidates must know that they will be required to carry their KIITEE 2025 Admit Card and KIITEE 2025 Rank Card with them at the time of the counselling process. There will be other Mandatory Documents that candidates need to submit during the further steps of the admission process. The merit list of the selected candidates will be released by the Institute which will vary according to the number of seats available for each course. Pick up and drop facility will be provided to the students by the concerned authority from the airport and railway station.

• Allotment of seats to the candidates will be based on the candidate's performance in the KIITEE 2025 entrance exam.

• The candidates have to attend the KIITEE 2025 counselling based on the schedule to be released by KIT.

• The counselling process will stop when all the KIITEE 2025 seats are filled up.

• All the candidate details would be cross-checked during the admission/counselling process. 

• Any false information in the documents will lead to the cancellation of the candidate's admission.

Step-wise KIITEE 2025 Counselling Procedure

Following are the steps which will be involved in the counselling process of KIITEE 2025 for both B.Tech and M.Tech courses. Candidates need to refer to the following steps to make sure that they do not miss any important step.

• First, candidates need to visit the official website of KIITEE 2025 and download their KIITEE 2025 Rank Card.

• Candidates then must download their counselling letter as well.

• Candidates then need to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 75,000/- (including Rs. 10,000 of the registration fee) in offline mode via Demand Draft in favour of KIIT which is only payable at Bhubaneswar.

• Candidates then have to report at the counselling venue at the given time along with all the required documents.

NOTE - 

• The counselling cum registration fee will not be accepted in cash.

• Candidates applying for M.Tech courses whose final semester mark sheet is pending, their percentage will be calculated based on the latest available mark sheets produced on the day of counselling.

Mandatory Documents Required in KIITJEE 2025 Counselling Process

Candidates who will be appearing in the counselling process of KIITEE 2025  have to carry along the following original documents in addition to their Xerox Copies. Candidates must go through the pointers mentioned below to make sure that they do not skip any of the requisites as this might cause the admission of the candidate to stand cancelled.

• KIITEE-2025 Rank Card

• KIITEE-2025 Admit Card

• 12th Marksheet (For Pass out candidates)

• 10th Pass Certificate / Marksheet 

• 12th Admit Card (For Appearing Candidates)

• 2 passport-size coloured photographs

• A Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- 

• A valid SC/SC(W)/ST/ST(W)/PC/PC(W) certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable)

• The candidates whose result is not declared by the day of counselling need to bring along an undertaking to submit the result by the end of the admission process.

NOTE -If due to some reasons, a candidate can not appear for the counselling process then parents are authorized to attend the counselling process on the behalf of the candidate. In such a case, the seat allotment letter will be issued to the candidate only after her/his Biometric Verification and parents will have to bring along the following documents. Until the Biometric Verification of the candidate, the admission will be purely provisional.

• An Authorization Letter from the candidate

• Authorization letter from the candidate

• Certificate mentioning the name of the parent present at the counselling (Birth Certificate/Class X certificate)

Factors Affecting KIITEE 2025 Counselling Process

The counselling process of any entrance examination is determined by certain factors. Candidates must know the factors that may affect the counselling process of KIITEE 2025 to anticipate the outcome. The factors that will determine the selection of a candidate to various courses offered by Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology are:

• The rank order of candidates

• Production of all the mandatory documents for verification

• Availability of seats

• Payment of Registration cum Counselling Fee and Tuition Fee

• Qualifying the eligibility criteria

NOTE -Candidates applying for M.Tech courses at KIIT with back paper in any of the previous years or semesters in the qualifying examination will not be considered for the selection process.

KIITEE Reservation of Seats 2025

The KIITEE eligibility conditions include a reservation policy on the basis of which candidates from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Physically Challenged categories get relaxation in age, qualifying exam marks, etc. Those who fail to meet the eligibility criteria will not be permitted to sit for the exam. The KIITEE entrance exam is taken for admission to B.Tech and Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) Biotechnology courses offered at the institute.
