HITSEEE application form 2025 has been released by the authorities of the exam online on December 9, 2025, and the last date to apply for the application form is April 25, 2025 as mentioned on the HITSEEE official website. Applicants before filling up the application form had to register themselves for the exam by providing details like name, valid mail ID, state, city, course, and specialization. After completion of the registration process, candidates could proceed with the application part. Steps to Fill the HITSEEE Application Form 2025

Registration:

• To fill HITSEEE 2025 Application Form online, you are required to go to the official website of HITS or click on the direct HITSEEE 2025 application link provided above

• You have to click on 'Register' and enter your personal details such as name, mobile number, landline number, if any, date of birth, captcha code, etc

• Then, click on the 'I accept' tab

• After that, you have to log in with your application number and date of birth to continue filling the application form

Filling Up of HITSEEE Application Form 2025:

• At this stage, you need to fill in other mandatory details such as Personal Details, Educational Details, Communication Details, Test City preferences, etc

• After filling in all the above-mentioned information, click on the 'Submit' tab to proceed to the next step

Uploading Documents:

• You have to upload the scanned copy of your photograph and signature according to the specifications given in the application form

• You should be looking directly into the camera in your passport-style photograph. The photograph should be in colour, preferably, with a white or light background

• You can make changes if required. Otherwise, you can move to the next step, which is the payment of the application fee

Payment of the Application Fee:

• You have to pay the application fee of INR 1200 online mode using a credit card /debit card or net banking

• After successful payment, a slip is generated

• Take a printout of the receipt and preserve it for future reference

Final Submission

• After making the payment candidates have to submit the application form and take a printout of the final submission form for future reference
