HITSEEE Counselling 2025

HITSEEE 2025 counselling process will be held from May 12-19, 2025, at Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science in the online mode. Candidates who have successfully cleared the HITSEEE 2025 exam and received the merit rank will be eligible to take part in the HITSEEE counselling 2025. The seats to all the candidates will be allotted based on All India Rank.

The HITSEEE counselling process has different stages like registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and fee payment. The counselling for the exam will commence when the HITSEEE 2025 results are declared. The candidates will only be considered for counselling & seat allotment as per the rank they have achieved in the HITSEEE exam 2025. The candidates who qualify the minimum criteria for the results will only be shortlisted for the counselling, those who do not meet the minimum qualifying criteria cannot participate in the HITSEEE counselling process.

Once the counselling & choice filling process is done, applicants will be allotted seats on the basis of their scores/rank. The applicants have to report to the allotted institute as per the instructions; only then will the admission process to the institute be completed. Check below for all the details regarding HITSEEE Counselling 2025:

• The seats will be allocated on the basis of the All India Rank (AIR) of the candidates in HITSEEE 2025

• Candidates who score higher marks/higher rank in the exam will have a better chance of getting admission to the applied course/programme

• The participation of candidates in the counselling process will depend on the rank obtained by them

• If candidates' names appear on the merit list, they will be called by the university to participate in the counselling process

• The selected candidates will have to pay the admission fee. The payment of fee can be done by DD/NEFT/RTGS for INR 50,000 in favour of 'Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science', payable at Chennai

Documents Required for HITSEEE 2025 Counselling

For verification purposes, candidates will have to bring their original documents and certificates during the counselling of HITSEEE. Candidates must note that in case they fail to carry the required documents and certificates at the counselling venue, their admission will get cancelled.  

• Admit Card of HITSEEE 2025

• Scorecard of HITSEEE 2025

• Class 10 certificate as proof of Date of Birth

• Class 12 certificate and Marksheet

• Community Certificate

• Nativity Certificate

• 2 Passport size Photographs

• Payment by DD/NEFT/RTGS for INR 50,000 in favour of "Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science", payable at Chennai.

• Aadhaar Card / Valid photo ID for the verification (Aadhaar will be preferred)

HITSEEE 2025 Seat Allotment

HITSEEE 2025 seat allotment results will be released in online mode. The Hindustan Institute of Technical Science will release the seat allotment results after considering the choices of programs filled by the candidates during the counseling process. Candidates who have secured higher ranks will be easily able to secure seats in their choice of programs. The seat allotment is done on the basis of ranks/scores obtained by the candidates in the HITSEEE 2025 exam. Candidates who have been admitted into their desired programs and want to continue can accept the seat allotment, report to the college before the specified deadline, and pay the admission fees.
