About ICAR AIEEA Counselling 2024

Based on the revised ICAR AIEEA PG 2024 counselling schedule, the final/ mop-up online seat allotment round was conducted between October 28 (5:00 PM onwards) and November 8 (up to 11:59 PM), which is now over for 2024. As per the official notice dated November 12, 2024, the schedule for online ICAR AIEEA counselling of qualified students for admission to master’s degree courses in the veterinary stream and PhD in Agriculture & Allied Sciences:

The seven steps of the ICAR PG counselling procedure are as follows: online seat allocation, document downloads, verification of paperwork, applicant resubmissions, seat acknowledgement fee deposition and fee reconciliation, and online reporting by educational institutions. Four rounds of online rounds are scheduled to precede one mop-up/final round in the online procedure for ICAR AIEEA PG counselling 2024.

The ICAR-AU system would provide acceptance to 70% of the seats i.e., 100% at IARI (New Delhi), Dr RPCAU (Pusa), ICAR-NDRI (Karnal), and RLBCAU (Jhansi) in postgraduate-level programs at 70 Agricultural Colleges for the Academic Session 2024-2025. According to ICAR's Online Counselling policy, potential students who are deemed suitable for counselling will be considered for the program and AU allocation using the details that they submitted when registering for counselling. Step 1 - Online Registration & Choice Filling

• The official website to register for ICAR AIEEA 2025 counselling is icarexam.net
• Firstly, the candidates who have cleared ICAR AIEEA with a non-zero score must complete the registration process for counselling
• The candidates will have to pay a ICAR AIEEA counselling 2024 fee of Rs. 500 through online payment methods such as Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking Facility
• The payment status will be updated within 24 hours of the fee payment, and the candidates need not panic
• The login details will be shared on the candidate's E-Mail/ SMS. A Login ID and Password will be generated

Step 2 - Choice Filling

• After the successful registration, the candidates will need to Login to fill the choices
• Before filling the choices, it is important to check the seat matrix details displayed on the official website
• The candidates can choose any number of universities in the choice filling form
• Once the choices are filled, it is important to 'Save' the choices
• Option to edit/ change the choices is available till the last date for the choice filling process for ICAR AIEEA counselling 2024

Step 3 - Seat Allotment

• As per the schedule issued by ICAR, the seat allotment result will be processed
• The candidates will have to Login to the official website to check the seat allotment status
• Only those candidates who had submitted choices before the last date shall be considered for the seat allotment result
• Candidates who are not satisfied with the seat allotment can opt for 'Upgradation'. However, this choice is available to candidates who secured a seat as per 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th/ lower choice
• Candidates opting for 'Upgrade' of seats must note that his/ her previously allotted seat will not be cancelled till he/ she gets a better allotment in subsequent rounds

Step 4 - Online Document Uploading & Verification

• Candidates who are accepting the seat will have to upload the required documents specified by ICAR
• The candidates will have to scan the documents in JPEG format and upload them same before the last date
• The uploaded documents shall be verified online for ICAR AIEEA 2025 counselling
• If any error is found in the uploaded documents, the candidates will receive an E-Mail/ SMS to rectify the same before the last date
• Further, the candidates will have to check the document verification status through the official website

Step 5 - Payment of Seat Acceptance Fee

• Candidates whose documents are successfully verified must pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs. 10,000 online
• The candidates can use a credit card/ debit card/ internet banking facility to pay the seat acceptance fee\
• Seat acceptance fee receipt can be downloaded after paying the seat acceptance fee

Step 6 - Downloading Provisional Seat Allotment Letter

• After the successful document verification and seat acceptance fee payment, the candidates must download the provisional seat allotment letter for ICAR AIEEA counselling 2025
• It is important to keep the seat allotment letter handy till the time of physical reporting

• The physical reporting will start as and when the academic session starts by the respective Agriculture University

Process to Fill up Vacant Seats in ICAR Counselling 2025

All the vacant seats, after the final round of the online ICAR AIEEA 2025 counselling process, will be filled up especially the ICAR quota seats. Once the online ICAR AIEEA counselling 2025 is over, the remaining vacant seats will be filled up as per the University criteria. The vacant seats at the end of the final round of the online counselling process will be treated as University seats instead of ICAR seats. Filling up the vacant seats after the conclusion of the online ICAR AIEEA counselling 2025 process will not be the responsibility of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Even the Universities will not inform the students regarding the filling up of the vacant seats.
