ITSAT 2021 Counselling Process

All the qualified and eligible candidates are for called for ITSAT counselling 2021. The shortlisted candidates receive a call letter for the counselling. ITSAT 2021 counselling procedure will commence from the 1st week of June, 2021. Candidates have to report at the prescribed venue along with their original documents. The ITSAT counselling process is conducted in the online mode.

• Candidates need to register online for the counselling procedure.

• After registering, they have to fill the options of colleges according to their choice and rank.

• The seat are allotted on the basis of choices filled by candidates and availability of seat.

• All candidates who are offered conditional admission have to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination.

• Allocation of University and Branch of engineering is based on candidate’s performance in ITSAT / JEE (Main) / State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests.

• The final allocation of seats is done after verification of documents, availability of seats for various B.Tech courses undertaken by Admission Committee IFHE, Hyderabad.

Documents Required

• Mark Sheets/Grade Reports and Certificates

• Original of Class 10th and 12th Transfer Certificate, Leaving Certificate and Character Certificate from School

• Class 10th Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth

• SC, ST or non-creamy layer of OBC categories, Original caste Certificate as per Central Govt (In case candidate belonging to)

• Medical Certificate ( In case candidate belonging to Physically Challenged (PC))

• Original ITSAT Admit Card

• ITSAT/JEE Main Scorecard

• Counselling letter

• 3 recent and clear passport size colored

• Domicile certificate

• Authority letter/undertaking in the prescribed format (if candidate is incapable of attending the counselling personally)
