The JEXPO 2024 tentative vacancy declaration has been scheduled today on August 20, 2024. Following this, if seats remain vacant, spot admissions for JEXPO 2024 will be conducted on August 23, 2024. The JEXPO 2024 exam has been scrapped this year. Therefore, no admit cards have been issued to candidates. Phase 4 admission has been conducted from July 29 to August 2, 2024.

JEXPO Counselling 2024 - Detailed Procedure

The detailed counselling process of JEXPO 2024 is mentioned below in this section.

Step 1- Registration

Candidates have to first register themselves for the counselling process of JEXPO 2024 on the official website of WBSCTE by entering the personal details, academic details and bank account details. To register themselves, candidates are required to enter their index number of JEXPO 2024 and submit the registration form online.

Step 2- Choice Filling

After the registration process is complete, applicants will be required to enter their choice of colleges and courses from the list of participating colleges in JEXPO 2024. Candidates are advised to enter their choices of colleges and courses as per their preference. Applicants should enter maximum number of preference of colleges during the choice filling process

Step 3- Seat Allotment

After filling the choices of colleges and courses, the authorities will take note of the marked preference of the candidates. The seats will be allotted to all the candidates as per their preferences marked, seats available at JEXPO participating colleges and rank of the candidate in the entrance exam. Applicants must note that a reserved category seat if remains vacant will be transferred to general category candidates. 

Step 4- Reporting to College

After the JEXPO seat allotment results are declared, candidates will be required to report to the assigned college / institute to get his / her documents verified. Candidates should carry all the necessary documents in the original form and also carry a self attested copy of the same while reporting at the designated institute.
