Step-1 Online Registration and Choice Filling
- Candidates, who are within the declared rank, can take part in the Lucknow University 2025 counselling process.
- The official website to register for the counselling process is https://www.lkouniv.ac.in/en
- First and foremost, candidates should register for the counselling process by visiting the official portal and logging in with login credentials.
- During the LU 2025 registration process, they must check the bank details (update the details if necessary)
- The candidate will have to pay the counselling fee of Rs. 700 through online modes such as Credit Card, Debit card and Net Banking.
- In case the candidate is not allotted the seat, only Rs. 500 will be refunded the other Rs. 200, which is the registration fee is not refundable.
- In case the candidate gets the seat allotment, Rs. 500 will be adjusted with the fee of the course.
- Only successfully registered candidates for LU 2025 counselling are eligible to fill the choices.
Step-2 Choice Filling
- After the successful LU 2025 registration, the candidates must log in to fill the choices.
- Before filling the choices, it is important to cross-check the seat matrix details given on the official portal.
- Candidates can fill in the number of choices they want. The candidates who secured lowered ranks are advised to fill more number of choices.
- It is very important to save choices filled.
- Choices can be filled several times, in the order they want, before locking.
- The choices filled by the candidate are final and cannot be changed after final submission or locking.
Step-3 Seat Allotment
- As per the schedule given by Lucknow University, the seat allotment will be released.
- The candidates have to log in with their credentials to check the seat allotment status. It will not be displayed anywhere else.
- The candidates who had submitted choices before the last date of choice filling will be considered for the seat allotment.
- Seat allotment will be done on the basis of rank secured by the candidate in the entrance exam as well as choices filled by the candidate.
Step-4 Downloading Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
- The candidates, who have been allotted seat, will have to download the provisional seat allotment and confirmation letter from the official website, which will be available in candidates’ login.
- The candidates must take two or three Photocopies provisional seat allotment letter for future purpose.
Step-5 Physical Reporting
- The candidates have to report to allotted colleges along with Original Documents and Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.
- They must report physically to the college on the date mentioned on the provisional seat allotment letter.
- In case the candidates fail to produce all the original documents or found documents are not valid the candidature will be cancelled.
