The application fee is INR 1200 which needs to be paid in both online as well as offline mode.

For those interested in applying, the application form for PESSAT 2025 can be found on the official website of the institution. The following is a step-wise process to fill out the PESSAT 2025 application:
Online Registration Process:
The first step for candidates involves visiting the official website of PES University and clicking on the tab 'How to Apply'.
The next step is to enter details like course, name, gender, date of birth and email.
After providing the requisite details, candidates have to click on the 'Continue' tab.
Next, the candidates are prompted to either choose the 'Edit' or 'Confirm' tab.
On confirming the information, candidates are directed to the personal details page.
Filling Out the PESSAT 2025 Application Form
In this step, candidates have to provide their details like nationality, religion, category, caste, mother tongue, blood group, citizenship, family size, place of birth, address for communication, details of parents, qualifying examination details, test centre preferences, etc.
After providing all the relevant information, students have to click on the 'Declaration' and ‘Submit' tab.
Uploading the Documents:
After carefully providing all the requisite details in the PESSAT 2025 application form, candidates have to upload a scanned copy of their recently clicked passport-size photograph as per the given specification.

Payment of Fees:
The application fee is INR 1,200 for all the candidates which can be paid in online or offline mode.
Online payment for the PESSAT 2025 application form fee is possible with a credit/debit card/net banking account or in person by visiting the college campus in two ways – Challan and Demand Draft.
Challan
Candidates have to print both – the application form as well as the challan – and then have to take them to the bank for payment.
After paying the fee, candidates have to submit a hard copy of the application along with a copy of the stamped challan.
Demand Draft
The application fee has to be paid in favour of the ‘PES University General Fund’, which will be payable in Bangalore. Candidates have to get the DD from the Bank and enter the DD number, Bank name, Branch name, Branch city name, DD date online.
After this, the candidates have to send the DD along with the printed PESSAT application form 2025 to the address given below.

After the successful payment of the application fee, candidates can take a printout of their PESSAT 2025 form. Furthermore, students should keep the hard copy of the application form safe for future reference.
Application Form Correction
Applicants must meticulously fill out the application form with accurate details since PES University will not accept forms with any incorrect information. Once the application form is submitted, there will not be another opportunity to make corrections. Thus, the PESSAT 2025 application form needs to be completed accurately by the applicant. If PES University issues a notification, applicants will receive details regarding the application form modification.
Candidates must keep a check on the list of documents that are required to fill out the PESSAT 2025 application form. With this, the information required by the authority must be filled in correctly as per the details mentioned in the original documents. Applicants must check the eligibility criteria before filling out the PESSAT 2025 application form. PESSAT 2025 eligibility criteria are the minimum requirements that must be met by the student to apply for admission. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be considered for admission under any circumstances and their application will be discarded immediately. Applicant must have completed or appeared in class 12 from a recognised educational board.
They must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in class 12.
Students must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the class 12.
Candidates who have a valid score in KCET are also eligible to fill out the PESSAT 2025 application form.

Yes, students can pay the PESSAT application form fee using a Demand Draft. Payable at Bangalore, the DD should be drawn in the name of the "PES University General Fund". PESSAT applicants must procure a DD from their bank, enter the details online as well as a printed copy of the application form, and send the DD along with it.
If you forgot your PESSAT application form number, you have to visit the official website of the university and click on ‘Register for PESSAT’ displayed at the bottom of the homepage. Candidates have to click on the ‘Forgot Application Number’ tab and enter their name, gender, email ID and date of birth to retrieve their application number.

As of 2024, the PESSAT application form fee is INR 1,200, whereas the application fee for HN campus courses is INR 500. Students can pay this fee in both online and offline modes. For online transactions, students can make payments using a Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking. For offline transactions, students can make payments using a challan or Demand Draft (DD).
Students can fill out the PESSAT application form once a year as this exam is only conducted once in an academic year to offer admission to various UG & PG courses. Furthermore, candidates may fill out the application next year as fresh applicants and pay the application form fee if they decide to drop a year.
To make corrections or modify details in the PESSAT application form, candidates can send an email to pessat@pes.edu with the application number and details of the correction/modification that needs to be updated.
