Registration | The candidates have to visit the official website of the Directorate of Elementary Education Campus Bikaner and register themselves for the Rajasthan BSTC counselling process. A candidate who is not satisfied with the allocated seat can opt for the “Upward Movement” option in which if a higher preference seat is available in the subsequent round of the counselling process, the candidate can relinquish the previously allocated seat and opt for the higher preference seat. If a higher preference seat is not available in the subsequent round of the counselling process, the candidate can keep his/her previously allocated seat.
The Rajasthan BSTC counselling eligible candidates have to deposit INR 3,000/- as the Rajasthan BSTC counselling registration fee to take part in the counselling process. This amount is refundable in nature if the candidates fail to secure admission in one of the participating D.El.Ed colleges in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan BSTC counselling registration fee is refunded to such candidates within three months of registration.
