SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling

The SRM University will conduct the SRMJEEE 2025 counselling to sort qualified candidates into various engineering colleges as per their preference. The SRMJEEE 2025 counselling process will begin after the announcement of the SRMJEEE rank list 2025. The process will be organized in multiple phases, dates for which will be announced by the SRM University through its official website. SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling Dates

The counselling process for SRMJEEE 2025 will be conducted in multiple phases. The expected SRMJEEE 2025 counselling dates are as follows - 

Stepwise SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling Procedure

Following are the steps involved in the counselling procedure of SRMJEEE 2025. Candidates are advised to go through the following steps to avoid any kind of inconvenience. 

• Candidates selected for the counselling process need to visit the official website - admissions.srmist.edu.in

• Using the Applicant’s Dashboard, candidates need to fill in their Application Number, DOB, Program applied for and Rank and download their Counselling Call Letter

• Then, candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 1,10,000/- (which includes the Registration cum Counselling Fee of Rs. 10,000/- and Part of the first year’s Tuition Fee) for the Provisional Allotment Letter

• Candidates need to pay the fee before reporting to the counselling venue via online mode i.e., E-Pay facility

• Candidates can also bring a Demand Draft for Rs. 1,10,000/- drawn in favour of “SRMIST” payable at Chennai

• Candidates will then have to report for the counselling process at the venue, date and time mentioned on the Call Letter

Note - The Counselling cum Registration Fee is Non-transferable and Non-refundable under any circumstances.

Documents Needed for SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling Process and Choice Filling

Candidates must bring along the following documents at the time of the counselling process. Absence of any of the following documents might cause the cancellation of admission for the candidate.

• SRMJEEE 2025 Rank card

• SRMJEEE 2025 Call Letter

• SRMJEEE 2025 Admit Card/Hall ticket of the +2 board examination

• Mark sheet of Class XII or any equivalent examination (if results are announced)

• Mark sheet of Class X as proof of date of birth

• Original as well as a photocopy of Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar and Passport) 

• Receipt of payment made through either online (E-Pay facility) mode or offline mode (Demand Draft)

• A cancelled cheque with the name of the Candidate/Parent/Grand Parent printed on it.

Factors Affecting SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling Process

The following are the factors that will determine the seat allotment process of SRMJEEE 2025 - 

• Qualifying the eligibility criteria as specified by the institution/s.

• The rank order of candidates listed by SRMJCCA 2025

• Production of all the mandatory documents for verification

• Payment of Registration cum Counselling Fee and Tuition Fee

• Availability of seats

SRMJEEE 2025 Counselling Venues

Candidates have the option to choose the venue according to their preference from the list. The venue is allotted based on seat availability and time. The venues for SRMJEEE 2025 counselling are as follows:

SRMJEEE 2025 Choice Filling

Qualified candidates will be able to exercise the SRMJEEE 2025 Choice Filling 2025 for different rounds of counselling. Applicants are instructed to enter their desired colleges and courses carefully since seats will be allotted based on the preferences entered. Candidates can participate in the subsequent round of SRMJEEE counselling 2025 if they are dissatisfied with the seat allocation. On the other side, candidates can move on with the document verification procedure and payment of the admission fee if they are content with the course and campus allotted to them in the initial phase. 

SRMJEEE 2025 Seat Allotment

SRMJEEE Seat Allotment 2025 process will start after the counselling process. The seat allotment process of SRMJEEE 2024 was done based on the performance of the students. The seats were allotted to the candidates based on their SRMJEEE Result 2024 and performance in the counselling process.

• Candidates who were given a seat and allotment letter had to pay the tuition fees.

• Seats were allotted based on the SRMJEEE 2025 rank obtained by the candidate

• Seat allotment was subject to document verification

List of SRMJEEE Participating Colleges 2025

Through the SRMJEEE counselling 2025 process, candidates are granted admission to the participating colleges. There are some colleges that accept SRMJEEE 2025 scores.
