Step 1: Check the Seat Allotment Status

Candidates must check their seat allotment status from the Online Admission Portal (OAP).

Step 2: Accept the Seat Allocation and Payment (For Allotted Candidates Only)

Candidates must accept the seats allotted to them and pay the one-time non-refundable and non-transferrable registration fee of INR 10,000, and the counselling fee (partial tuition fee) of INR 1,00,000. The tuition fees can be paid through the E-pay facility or Demand Draft drawn in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai.

Step 3: Download the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter

Candidates must download the provisional seat allotment order and the fee receipt after the successful payment of the registration and counselling fees. Any candidate who fails to complete the payment shall have their allotment cancelled.

Step 4: Payment of Balance Tuition Fee and Online Enrolment

Next, candidates must pay the balance tuition fee on or before the dates specified to be able to proceed with online enrolment. It must be noted that admission to SRMJEEE participating colleges 2025 will be subject to the following conditions –

• Fulfillment of the minimum eligibility criteria as laid down by the respective institutes

• The candidate’s All India Rank in the SRMJEEE 2025 exam

• Complete verification of all the necessary documents and certificates produced at the time of counselling

• Successful payment of the registration and counselling fees in full amount

Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted Institute

Finally, candidates must report to the institute where they have been assigned a seat for their selected branch as per the allocated date and time. Applicants shall have to carry the relevant documents for the final verification process for admission.

Here are a few important points to keep in mind when downloading the SRMJEEE seat allotment result 2025 –

• Only those candidates who had previously registered for the SRMJEEE counselling and completed the choice-filling process will be issued the seats on the basis of their preferences, ranks and availability of seats in the participating colleges.

• The candidates who will be allotted a seat and issued an allotment letter shall have to pay the remaining tuition fee before downloading the SRMJEEE 2025 seat allotment order. Otherwise, their seat allotment shall be fortified.

• To pay the tuition fee, candidates can use the E-Pay (online) payment method or draw a Demand Draft in favour of SRM Institute payable at the Chennai campus.

• Having the SRMJEEE seat allotment letter does not guarantee admission to the chosen institute. To secure admission, candidates are to get their documents verified successfully and pay the partial tuition fee as instructed.
