JNTU Hyderabad has released the TS EAMCET 2024 seat allotment round 1 on July 19, 2024. Candidate must complete the TS EAMCET seat allotment 2024 letter by visiting the official website at eapcet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates have to pay the tuition fee and self-reporting from July 19 to 23, 2024. TS EAMCET counselling schedule 2024 for Phase 2 has also been announced. Online registration for Phase 2 of TS EAMCET 2024 counselling will begin on July 26, 2024. A total of three rounds of counselling will be conducted. If, at the end of all three rounds seats remain vacant, the authority will conduct a special round of TS EAMCET 2024 counselling to fill in the vacant seats. Only those candidates who qualify with a valid rank in TS EAMCET 2024 are eligible for the Telangana EAMCET counselling process.

Latest News | TS EAMCET First Phase Seat Allotment Expected Release Time 2024

The EAMCET seat allotment will be done based on the ranks obtained by the candidates in the examination. At the time of reporting to the TS EAMCET 2024 participating colleges, qualified candidates must complete the admission fee payment. Candidates who will be allotted seats through TS EAMCET 2024 counselling must visit the respective colleges along with all the original documents. They will have to submit copies of all the necessary certificates and an Original Transfer Certificate at the time of verification. All other originals shall be returned to the candidate after verification. After due verification, the original certificates will be returned to the candidates.

Documents Required for TS EAMCET Counselling 2024

The list of documents required for TS EAMCET counselling 2024 are as follows:

• TS EAMCET Hall Ticket 2024

• TS EAMCET 2024 Rank Card

• Transfer Certificate (T.C)

• Aadhaar Card

• S.S.C or its equivalent Mark Sheet

• 6th Standard to Inter Study Certificates

• Residence Certificate of either of Parents in Telangana for a period of 10 years (in case of Non-Local candidates)

• Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate

• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority (if applicable)

• Income Certificate (if applicable)

• Residence Certificate in the case where the candidate has no institutionalised education

• Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate (if applicable)

• PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board for the candidates with 40% and above disability.

Step by Step TS EAMCET 2024 Counselling Procedure

Step 1: Online Registration & Fee Payment

• TSCHE has created a separate website for TS EAMCET counselling2024. The official website to register for TS EAMCET 2024 counselling is www.tseamcet.nic.in.

• The TS EAMCET 2024 counselling begins with the registration process. Candidates are first required to visit the official website link or the helpine centres based on their TS EAMCET ranks to register for the counselling process and pay the required fee. 

• Candidates must enter their date of birth, hall ticket number of the Intermediate or equivalent examination, and TS EAMCET registration number as printed in the hall ticket.

• Next, they must fill in the basic information, such as email address and mobile number, income certificate, caste certificate and application number issued by MeeSeva (if applicable).

• Candidates must log in with their Class 12th hall ticket number, date of birth and registration number to pay the TS EAMCET counselling fee 2024. The amount can be paid using any online payment gateway, such as Net Banking/ Debit card/ Credit card etc.

Step 2: Document Verification

• The next step in the counselling involves the verification process of TS EAMCET 2024. Qualified candidates are called for document verification according to their secured ranks.

• TS EAMCET 2024 verification process involves the Aadhaar card details of the candidates i.e, Fingertip Biometric is verified with Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and candidates have to verify all their details mentioned on the Registration cum Verification form.

• For General category candidates, the documents have to be verified from the certification verification officers.

• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC categories, have to verify their original caste certificates from the caste verification officer and then report to the certification verification officers.

• Once all the documents are verified, candidates have to take a print out of the receipt of the certificates.

Step 3: Filling of Web Options

• The next step of the TS EAMCET counselling 2024 is to fill the preferred colleges and courses in online mode

• To choose the options, candidates have to select their preferred choices of colleges and courses for admissions. The order of preference should be from higher to lower and candidates can choose as many options as they wish to.

• According to their preference, candidates should take the offline option entry form and fill their district code, course code, and college code.

• After choosing the options, candidates have to take a print-out of the selection options for future reference.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

• Once all the options are confirmed by the qualified candidates, the seat allotment process is conducted by the concerned authorities.

• Seat allotment is done based on the choices filled by the candidates, merit rank, category, special reservation criteria, local status etc.

• Candidates can access the seat allotment order by submitting their ROC form number, date of birth, hall ticket number and password in the Candidate's Login portal.

• The status of seat allotment will also be communicated to the candidates through SMS on their registered mobile number

Step 5: Reporting to Allotted Institutes & Payment of Tuition Fees

• Lastly, to confirm the admission, candidates have to report at their allotted institutes and pay the required tuition fee.

• Candidates must pay the tuition fee as specified in the provisional allotment order using Net Banking/ Debit card/ Credit card and note the admission number to confirm the seats provisionally allotted to them. 

If Tuition Fee is Displayed Zero:

• If the tuition fee is displayed as zero at the time of payment, candidates will have to log in through the self-reporting system to accept the allocated seats. 

• As part of the Self Reporting process, candidates will have to accept the allotted seat by submitting all original documents at the allotted college. Only after this, they will be able to take part in the further rounds of TS EAMCET counselling 2024 while keeping the previously allotted seats in hand. 

• Candidates will be provided the joining report and the admission number after clicking on the 'Accept my Joining' link. They must submit the copy of the joining report along with the allotment letter at the respective institute.

If Tuition Fee is NOT Displayed Zero:

• If the tuition fee is NOT displayed as zero at the time of payment, candidates will have to log in complete the payment process online. 

• Only after the successful paument they can proceed with the Self Reporting system. 

• Finally, after clicking on 'Accept my Joining', candidates can report to the allotted institute with the joining report, allotment letter and admission number. 

TS EAMCET 2024 Slot Booking for Certificate Verification

The slot-booking process for TS EAMCET 2024 has been explained step-wise which should be used by the candidates while filling up the slots. The slot availability for certificate verification will be updated once the information is out

Step 1: Processing Fee Payment

• The candidates have to first log in to the TS EAMCET official website via the link  - tseamcet.nic.in

• The candidates will land on the TS EAMCET official website home page where they will see an option “Pay Processing Fee” on top which they have to click

• After clicking on the link, the candidates will be taken to a new page that contains their details 

• The candidates have to go through all the details regarding the transaction charges and then click on the “Pay Fee Online” option

• The candidates have to provide information regarding their caste(if applicable), contact details (mobile number, email ID and Aadhar Card number) 

• The candidates, next, have to scrutinise the undertaking and click on the declaration “Check Box”

• After ensuring that they have provided all the details correctly, the candidates have to click on the “Submit” button

• A dialogue box will appear informing the candidates that they will be taken to a new page for the processing fee payment

• The candidates will be thereafter taken to a new page where they have to input their TS EAMCET Hall Ticket number and Rank

• The candidates have to click on the checkbox after going through the instructions and then click on the tab that reads “Pay Processing Fee Online”

• Once again, a dialogue box will appear on the screen informing the candidates being redirected to a third-party gateway for the processing fee payment. The candidates have to click on “OK”

• Next, the candidates have to choose from the available mode of payment and provide the necessary details and make payment

• A confirmation page regarding the processing fee payment will appear on the screen which must be downloaded by the candidates for future use

Step 2: Slot-Booking 

• After the final confirmation of the processing fee payment, the candidates will be provided with a link to proceed to the Slot Booking

• The candidates will find themselves on a new page where they have to enter details such as hall ticket number, date of birth, registration form number etc and click on the “Show Available Slots” button

• The candidates have to choose their category, helpline centre, and date on the slot-booking form

• Candidates who do not belong to any category (OBC/SC/ST etc) must choose “All” in the category drop-down menu

• The candidates will be, thereafter, be presented with the available dates for slot-booking. The candidates have to click on the date and time convenient for them from the options marked in Green

• After choosing their convenient date, time, and helpline centers for counselling, the candidates have to click on the “Yes” button for final submission

• Minutes after the final submission of choices for slot booking, the candidates will receive a text message on their RMN (Registered Mobile Number) mentioning the details of the helpline centers, date & time, name etc

• The candidates have to report at least 10 minutes prior to the slot-booking schedule at their respective helpline centres. On reaching there, the candidates have to show the text message they received regarding the slot-booking for the completion of the certificate verification procedure

TS EAMCET 2024 Seat Allotment

TS EAMCET seat allotment 2024 will be released separately for every round of counselling at tseamcet.nic.in. The TS EAMCET 2024 seat allotment for round 1 has been released on July 19, 2024. Candidates can check the seat allotment result of TS EAMCET 2024 using their TS EAMCET 2024 application number, password and TS EAMCET hall ticket number 2024. Candidates who have registered for the TS EAMCET counselling 2024 and filled the choices are only eligible for the TS EAMCET seat allotment 2024. Candidates will be allotted seats based upon the rank secured by them in the TS EAMCET 2024 exam. Candidates can accept the allotted seat or they can wait for better allotments in the further rounds. Candidates should keep in mind that the Special Round is the final round of the TS EAMCET counselling 2024. Candidates satisfied with the seats allotted to them must accept the seats and download their provisional seat allotment letter.

TS EAMCET Non Local Seat Allotment

In the TS EAMCET 2024 counselling procedure, the first 15% of unreserved seats are filled using a combined merit list of candidates. The remaining 85% of seats are then assigned to candidates from the local region. It is important to remember that applicants from non-local locations are evaluated in the general category, regardless of their specialized category. Their admittance is consequently considered part of the general group. Seats are allocated based on a variety of parameters, including the candidate's preferences for institute/branch, rank, category, local or non-local status, and availability. Candidates from non-local regions may be assigned a seat in the 15% unreserved category depending on the aforementioned reasons.

TS EAMCET Spot Admission 2024

TSCHE administers the TS EAMCET spot admission to fill vacant seats in engineering, agricultural, and medical institutions. If seats are vacant at the participating colleges after the TS EAMCET counselling 2024, spot admissions are done to fill the vacant seats. The TSCHE will determine the criteria for spot admissions and release it on the official website.

To be eligible for spot admissions, candidates must have passed the TS EAMCET exam and meet the eligibility requirements set by the colleges offering the available seats. Applicants who meet the criteria can submit their application forms, along with the required documentation and fees, to be evaluated for spot admissions. It is critical to remember that universities only accept spot admissions when there are empty seats available. 

Eligibility Criteria for TS EAMCET Admission 2024

To be eligible for admission through TS EAMCET counselling 2024, candidates must fulfill the below criteria:

• Students registering for the TS EAMCET 2024 must be Indian nationals, persons of Indian origin (PIO), or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders.

• Candidates should be from Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.

• Students must be 17 years old as of December 31st of the year of admission, with a maximum age of 22 years for all applicants and 25 years for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates.

• Candidates must have completed the 12th grade with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) or equivalent, with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biology as optional or associated vocational courses in Engineering and Technology. 

• Candidate must have passed in the TS EAMCET exam 2024

If a candidate cancels his/her admission, the authority will forfeit the tuition fee paid as mentioned below:

• If a candidate decides to cancel the provisionally allotted seat after the First Phase counselling and tuition fee payment on or before the notified date as mentioned in the seat allotment letter, then the full amount will be refunded. 

• 100% of the tutition fee amount will be charged after the final phase counsleling in respect to University colleges

• 50% of the tutition fee amount will be charged after the final phase counselling and before the TS EAMCET cut off date notified for cancellation as mentioned in the seat allotment order and 100% charged thereafter in respect to Private Unaided colleges
