Detailed Procedure of TS ECET Counselling 2025

Once the TS ECET counseling dates 2025 are released, you must be aware of the TS ECET 2025 counselling dates and accordingly prepare for the process. You can check the detailed step by step guide of the TS ECET 2025 counselling procedure mentioned below.

Step 1: Fee Payment

You are required to first pay the TS ECET counselling fee 2025. Applicants can follow the steps given below.

• You have to go to the official website of TS ECET 2025
• Click on “Pay Processing Fee” tab
• For login they must enter Hall Ticket Number, TS ECET Counselling Registration Form No (as printed on TS ECET admit card 2025), Date of Birth and Captcha Image value as shown on the screen display
• Now, they need to enter the necessary details like caste certificate, application number, mobile number, email Id & Aadhaar card number.
• Click on the “Submit” tab
• Check hall ticket number & rank and read the guidelines for fee payment.
• Click on the “Pay Processing Fee” button.
• Select the mode of payment (Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card) and pay the requisite fee

Step 2: Online Slot Booking

After the successful counselling fee payment, applicants will have to select an online slot booking for document verification. For online slot booking, you can follow the steps mentioned below.

• Open the official website of TS ECET.
• Click on the “Slot Booking” tab on the screen. 
• Login by using Hall Ticket Number, Registration Form Number, Date of Birth and Captcha Image value as shown on the screen.
• You can click on the “Show available slots" button.
• You have to select the nearest helpline centre from the drop-down list
• Dates available for TS ECET slot booking will be shown in “Green” colour.
• You can select a suitable date and time according to your choice for the document verification.
• Check the Helpline centre details, slot booking date & time.
• Click on “Yes”, your will receive a confirmation SMS on your registered mobile number regarding slot booking.
• You must take a printout of the same for future reference.

Step 3: Attend Certificate Verification Process

• After booking the slot, you are required to report to the selected helpline centre on the chosen/booked date & time
• You will have to take all the necessary documents along with them for the document verification process
• You must reach ten minutes before the time slot for certificate verification and show the SMS with details to the exam authorities at the helpline centre

Step 4: Student Registration

• After the document verification process, you will have to register for TS ECET 2025 option entry. For this, they need to click on the “Student Registration” tab and fill in the details such as hall ticket number, registration number, rank & date of birth.
• You also have to create a password for their “Student login” account

Step 5 : Option Entry

• Once the students create their login account, they will have to log in to the official web portal.
• After logging in, you have to click on the “Option Entry” tab and enter your choices of colleges / institutes and courses.
• Once you complete TS ECET 2025 option entry, you must freeze the choices before the last date.

Step 6: Seat Allotment

• TSCHE releases the TS ECET seat allotment 2025 result based on your rank, seat availability and option entry.
• You will be able to check their seat allotment of TS ECET 2025 results on the official web portal by logging in to your account.
• You must download your seat allotment letter in a PDF file and take a printout of the same for future reference.

TS ECET Web Options 2025

TS ECET Option Entry 2025 enables you to select your colleges and courses of preference in online mode from the available list of TS ECET 2025 participating colleges. The TS ECET 2025 counselling dates will be released on the official website. TS ECET Seat Allotment 2025

TS ECET seat allotment 2025 will be released on the official website tsecet.nic.in. You will be able to access the TS ECET 2025 Seat Allotment using your login credentials. Students who will be allotted seats will be required to self-report in online mode and pay the tuition fee before reporting to the allotted institute for the final admission process. Failure to self-report online and pay the registration fee will lead to the cancellation of the allotted seat.

TS ECET Counselling 2025 - Spot Round

In order to fill the seats vacant after the TS ECET counselling 2025 process, TSCHE will conduct a TS ECET 2025 counselling spot round. Those who may not have been able to appear for TS ECET 2025 exam can also take part in this spot round after counselling fee payment.

• Log in by entering the User ID and password
• You are required to fill in the details for the spot round.
• Take a printout of the form and submit it to the Chairman, TSCHE on or before the due date
