Candidates will have to fill out and submit their choice of campus and branch where they wish to get admission.
The VSAT 2025 seat allotment will be based on the availability of seats in colleges and choices submitted by the candidates.
Candidates will be able to download the VSAT 2025 counselling letter from the official website of the University.
After seat allotment, candidates will be required to report to the allotted center at the scheduled time given in the counselling letter.

No request regarding altering the date and time of VSAT 2025 counselling will be entertained by the officials
Candidates failing to report physically at the counselling venue on the specified date will see to the seizure of their allocated seats
Those candidates whose seats have been forfeited by the officials due to their absence from the counselling venue can apply for the subsequent rounds of the counselling or seat allotment procedure provided there are empty seats up for grab
Candidates failing to produce the documents mentioned above will be debarred from taking part in the VSAT 2025 counselling process
The candidates have to submit a non-refundable amount of INR 10,000/- after being admitted provisionally
The candidates will receive their refund of the tuition fee if they wish to cancel their admission before the commencement of regular classes
If any candidate wishes to pull out of the University after the classes have begun but the admission process is still on, then they can apply for a refund of the tuition fee but a lumpsum amount will be deducted
If any candidate wants to cancel his/her admission after the admission process has closed, then his/her entire tuition fee will be forfeited by the officials
