WB JEMAT 2025 Counselling Process

WB JEMAT 2025 counselling process will be conducted by the concerned authorities for those candidates who qualified for the WB JEMAT 2025 examination. Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, will begin the JEMAT counseling process with online choice filling. Candidates can complete the choice filling on the official website, cetmat.formflix.com, shortly after the result declaration. Selected candidates will then be called for the Group Discussion/Personal Interview (GD/PI) rounds, followed by the counseling process. MAKAUT will then release the allotment card on the applicant login portal. Based on the choices filled, MAKAUT will announce the seat allotment results. Qualified candidates must participate in the counseling process after the JEMAT 2025 results are announced. MAKAUT will shortlist candidates based on JEMAT rank, reservation policy, cutoff, and other criteria. The final seat allotment list will be available on the official website. WB JEMAT 2025 Detailed Counselling Process

Below is the detailed WB JEMAT 2025 counseling procedure, which will be conducted by the authorities after the declaration of the WB JEMAT 2025 result and scorecard:

1. Shortlisted candidates, based on the WB JEMAT 2025 result and scorecard, will be invited for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds. During the GD, candidates’ reasoning and logic skills will be assessed by officials, highlighting their management skills and decision-making abilities. The PI round will evaluate the candidates’ confidence and overall personality. A merit list will be prepared based on candidates’ performance in both the GD and PI rounds for the subsequent WB JEMAT 2025 admission process.
2. Candidates who excel in the GD/PI rounds will be invited to participate in the online counseling process for seat allotment at various WB JEMAT 2025 participating institutes. During this process, candidates can choose from various options available in the drop-down menu.
3. Seats will be allocated based on candidates’ performance in the GD/PI rounds and their preferences entered during the counseling process. To confirm their allocated seats, candidates must visit the respective institute and complete the necessary steps to finalize their admissions.
