1. Contact the exam conducting authority or the institution where you need to submit the admit card for document verification. Explain your situation and ask if there are alternative methods for verifying your identity and participation in the exam.

2. If possible, provide any other forms of identification or documentation that you have to prove your identity and participation in the exam. This could include a copy of the admit card if you have one, along with other government-issued identification.

3. If the above steps are not feasible, inquire about the possibility of obtaining a duplicate admit card or a written confirmation from the exam conducting authority or institution to fulfil the document verification requirement.

What to do if no photo on WBJEE Admit Card 2025?

The photograph and signature on WBJEE admit card serve as an additional means of identification and help prevent impersonation. The photo helps authorities verify the identity of the candidate, while the name and date on the photo provide further confirmation and prevent any confusion. 

In case of a missing photograph in the WBJEE 2025 hall ticket, candidates must reach out to the conducting authority i.e. WBJEEB helpdesk number to report the issue immediately. Failure to do so may result in complications or even disqualification from the examination.

How to apply for a duplicate WBJEE Admit Card 2025?

In case a candidate misplaces or loses their admit card for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 2025, they can obtain a duplicate copy from the Board. However, it is important to note that the request for a duplicate admit card can only be made until the end of counselling or 60 days after the declaration of the result, whichever is earlier.

To apply for a duplicate admit card, candidates need to write an application to the Board, along with a fee of INR 500. This fee should be paid through a bank draft drawn in favour of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board and payable in Kolkata.
