APLPCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Commissioner of School Education – Andhra Pradesh has laid down mandatory rules and guidelines with regard to the eligibility criteria of APLPCET 2021. Aspirants need to satisfy the defined rules and criteria to appear for the entrance exam. The eligibility criteria include several components such as age limit, domicile rules, educational qualification, and qualifying narks. Candidates can check all the information about the eligibility criteria here.

APLPCET Age Limit 2021

Candidates aspiring to appear for APLPCET must have completed 19 years as on Jul 01, 2021. There is no upper age limit for the entrance exam, and the candidates who satisfy the educational qualification can submit the online form.

APLPCET Local/ Non-Local Status (Domicile)

Candidates aspiring to appear for APLCET must be the permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh. He/ she shall be treated as local candidates only if they studied consecutively for four/ seven years in any part of the state. Permanent residents of AP need not submit the local status certificate.

Candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh must procedure the local status certificate from local MRO office/ Gramasachivalaym/ Ward Sachivalayam. This certificate is mandatory to submit when candidates appear for the counselling process.

Educational Qualification for APLPCET 2021

Candidates satisfying the specified educational qualification can submit the online form for the entrance test –

Eligibility Criteria

Telugu Pandit

Candidates who passed any of the following degrees are eligible for admission in Telugu Pandit course –

  • B.A. Telugu Literature
  • B.A. Oriental Language (Telugu)
  • B.O.L in Telugu
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree with Telugu as one of the optional subjects
  • M.A. Telugu

Hindi Pandit

Candidates who passed any of the following degrees or courses are eligible for admission in Hindi Pandit course –

  • B.O.L in Hindi
  • Any Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as one of the optional subjects
  • Praveena of Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha
  • Vidwan of Hindi Prachar Sabhah – Hyderabad
  • B.A. Hindi or any other equivalent course
  • M.A. Hindi

Candidates who are still waiting for the final year results of any of the above courses are also eligible to appear for the entrance exam.

Note: The educational qualification mentioned on this page is only applicable for APLPCET, and the same may change for AP TRT exam.

LP సెట్‌ చేయడానికి మీ భార్య అర్హురాలే.  హిందీలో BOL లేదా ఆప్షనల్‌ సబ్జెక్ట్‌గా హిందీతో పాటు బ్యాచిలర్ డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేసిన వాళ్లు,  లేదా దక్షిణ భారత ప్రవీణ, హిందీ ప్రచార సభ లేదా హిందీ ప్రచార విద్వాన్  సభ, హైదరాబాద్ లేదా ఏదైనా ఇతర సమానమైన గుర్తింపు ఉన్న హిందీ కోర్సు పూర్తి చేసిన వాళ్లు (BA ప్రామాణికంగా) లేదా MA (హిందీ)లో ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించిన అభ్యర్థులు LP సెట్‌ రాసేందుకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.

Dear student, AP LPCET 2021 notification has not yet been released by the School Education Department of Government of Andhra Pradesh on its official website. Last year, APLPCET was conducted on 26th June but this year due to the devastating second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in India, the officials have not yet released the official notification. You are requested to visit the official website of APLPCET at regular intervals for any latest updates or information regarding the exam schedule.
