AP PGECET Application Form 2025

AP PGECET 2025 application form is expected to be released in the online mode at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in tentatively in March 2025. Candidates before filling the AP PGECET application form 2025 must check the eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. Candidates interested in taking the AP PGECET 2025 exam can fill the application form of AP PGECET 2025 by completing each step i.e. registration, application form filling, paying the AP PGECET application fee 2025, uploading the required documents and finally submitting the application fee. The application fee for OC category is Rs 1200 while SC / ST category candidates is Rs 700. Candidates are advised to keep a print out of the submitted application form and also save it on their desktop for future reference.

Other than these, the applicants while applying for AP PGECET 2025 should also keep the following documents ready:

• Class 10 certificate (or equivalent)

• Class 12 certificate

• Graduation Certificate

• Income certificate of parents (to be issued only by a Competent Authority)

• Special category certificate

• Caste certificate (to be issued only by a Competent Authority)

• Banking details (for payment requirements)

• Aadhar card

Steps to Fill Application Form of AP PGECET 2025

The application process of the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) consists of 4 main steps which has been explained in the form of a flow chart below.

Step 1 - Payment of Registration Fee

The first step in filling out the form is to pay the application fee according to the candidate's category. The payment of the application fee can be done via online or offline mode. The following information should be provided before payment: -

• Candidate’s Name
• Name of Candidate's Father
• Name of Candidate's Mother
• Date of Birth
• Valid Mobile No
• Alternative Mobile Number
• Valid Email ID
• Candidate’s Category
• Qualifying Degree
• Specialization in Qualifying Degree
• Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No.

Mode of Payment

AP Online by Cash:

• Candidates choosing the AP Online option must select the nearest AP Online center. Candidates will have to provide mandatory details such as Hall Ticket, Number of the Qualifying Examination, Name of the Candidate, Father’s Name,  Date of Birth, and Mobile number.

• After that, a receipt is given to the candidate containing a Payment ID.

• This ID will be used as a login credential while filling the form.

Online Mode:

• Candidates choosing this option are recommended to go through the Instruction Booklet carefully.

• After that, they have to click on the “Make Payment’ tab through Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking and proceed by filling in the required details. Then, the candidate will be redirected to the Payment Gateway site.

• After successful payment, ‘Payment ID’ is generated. Candidates must note down the ID and proceed to the form-filling process.

Application Fee:

Step 2 - Know your application status

Candidates can check their application status of AP PGECET 2025 by entering their credentials like qualifying degree exam hall ticket number and registered mobile number

Step 3 - Fill Up AP PGECET Application Form 2025

• After making the payment of the application, candidates can go ahead and then fill out the AP PGECET 2025 application form.

• Candidate should log in to the online application portal using their transaction ID/Application Number that was generated at the time of payment.

• Before proceeding to fill out the form, given below are details that must be provided:

  • Payment Reference ID

  • Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No.

  • Mobile No.

  • DOB

• After entering all the mandatory details given above, click on the ‘Proceed to Fill Application’ tab.

• After that, the complete application form will appear. Candidates will have to provide all the personal details such as Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Aadhaar Card No., Birth District, Birth State, Ration Card No., Caste Category, Special Reservation Category, Minority/ Non- Minority, Annual Income, Bank Details, Address and Local Area and Academic Details, Test Centre preference.

• Then, candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of their photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size.

Submission of Application Form

• Once the entire process is completed successfully, the candidate will be given the following options:

Save and Preview/Submit

• After filling in all the requisite data and particulars, read the declaration at the end of the page and select the checkbox if you are filling out the online application form.

• Then, click on the "Save" tab to save the data. If you are sure that all entered data is correct, then you can Preview/submit the online application.

Modify and Confirm/Freeze

• After the AP PGECET Application Form 2025 is submitted, Modify and Confirm/ Freeze option pops up.

• Modify option enables the candidate to review the entire application to correct errors if any.

• Confirm/Freeze tab should be clicked to finally submit the application. The data in the application is frozen and no more editing is allowed.

Once the AP PGECET application form is filled, it is suggested that a preview is done. The page will display the AP PGECET registration ID once the application form is filled.

Step 4 - Print AP PGECET Application Form After Submission

The candidate must note down the AP PGECET 2025 Registration ID. This ID will be used in future processes.

AP PGECET 2025 Application Form Correction

The AP PGECET 2025 application correction window will be open tentatively in May, 2025 for candidates to rectify any errors in their AP PGECET application form 2025. Here is what the candidates have to do in case they furnish any wrong information in the AP PGECET 2025 application form unknowingly:

• Step 1: Go to the official website by clicking on the link (A link to this page will be provided above)
• Step 2: Enter your Payment Reference ID, Registration Number, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No, Phone Number, and Date of Birth
• Step 3: Click the "Continue to Complete Application" button
• Step 4: Make the necessary adjustments and save it
• Step 5: Applicants must print a copy of the amendments made to the application
