AP PGECET Eligibility Criteria 2025

AP PGECET 2025 eligibility criteria is defined by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria of AP PGECET 2025 to be eligible for appearing in the AP PGECET 2025 exam. The eligibility criteria for AP PGECET 2025 include factors like nationality, residency requirements, academic credentials, etc. If later found that the candidate has not met the eligibility requirements, it will lead to their disqualification.

Candidates must be an Indian national

Residence or Domicile 

Candidates willing to appear in the AP PGECET 2025 exam should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana and must satisfy local / non-local status 

Qualifying Exam

Applicants must complete their Bachelor’s qualifying degree in the relevant field with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) from UGC / AICTE approved institution recognised by the Andhra Pradesh government

Minimum Marks for Engineering Course

  • 50% for General candidates
  • 45% for Reserved categories

Minimum Marks for Pharmacy Course

  • 55% for General candidates
  • 50% for Reserved candidates

GATE / GPAT Candidates 

Eligible for direct admission
