How to Fill AP POLYCET 2025 Application Form?

SBTET conducts the AP POLYCET Application Process in online and offline modes. Aspirants can check both methods explained in detail on this page. 

Offline Mode

The offline application method involves the following steps:

• Candidates must visit the official website of AP POLYCET 2025

• Click on the 'AP POLYCET 2025 Application' link for downloading the form 

• Fill in personal details like year of passing Xth standard, date of birth, hall ticket number etc.

• Provide individual names as written on the school certificates, as well as other information such as father’s name, e-mail address, etc.

• Next, select an examination centre on the basis of preference

• Select the category, if applicable - Backward Class (BC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Scheduled Caste (SC)

• Mention if they belong to certain special categories such as CAP, SP, PH and NCC. It is to be noted that the admission process is held on the basis of the information entered by the candidates in their respective application forms.

• Candidates will also have to affix their recent passport-size photographs to the application forms

• After completing all the steps, candidates will have to visit their nearby helpline centres and submit their respective application forms. The amount of the application fee to be paid along with the form is INR 400.

• The payment of the fee can be done with the help of online banking or can be paid in cash

• After payment of the fee, the computer operators present at the helpline centres will enter all the information present on the application form into an online system. They will also require the signature and photographs of the candidates.

• On successful submission of the application forms, candidates are provided with the AP POLYCET 2025 Admit Card.
