Candidates taking part in the AP POLYCET Choice Filling 2025 process are advised to go through the detailed steps to exercise the web options for AP POLYCET 2025:

Step 2 | Click on ‘Candidate Registration’ to generate a password. For generating the password, the candidates will have to enter the ICR Form Number, AP POLYCET Hall Ticket Number, Rank, Date of Birth, and Captcha. Click on the ‘Generate Password’ button. |
Step 3 | Create a password now. The password should be a combination of alphabets and numbers. Example – kumar123, radha456, rajesh2003 etc. |
Step 4 | Save the Password and Logout |
Step 5 | Login to exercise the web options. You need to click on the option entry. An OTP will be received on the registered mobile number. |
Step 6 | Enter the OTP. Now, select the desired district. The candidates should select any number of districts. The list of colleges in the respective districts with codes will be displayed. |
Step 7 | On the option entry form, you will have to choose the colleges and courses. A priority number such as 1,2,3,4… should be marked for each college and course. |
Step 8 | Now, 'Save/ Confirm' the options and Logout. |
There is no limit on the number of colleges and courses to be chosen by a candidate. It is advisable to choose as many options as possible for better seat allotment chances.
AP POLYCET seat allotment will be released by the conducting authority at appolycet.nic.in based upon the choices filled by the candidates during the AP POLYCET option entry 2025. The allocation of seats is also based upon the candidate’s AP POLYCET rank 2025, availability of seats at the participating colleges, etc. Candidates satisfied with the seats allotted to them will be required to pay the seat acceptance fee in order to access the seat allotment letters.
Candidates who wish to pursue various Polytechnic/Diploma courses in the state of Andhra Pradesh should look through the list of AP POLYCET 2025 participating institutes. These are the colleges/institutes that accept AP POLYCET scores/ranks to grant a seat to aspirants. Therefore, candidates must pass the AP POLYCET entrance exam and take part in the counselling process to gain admission to any of the AP POLYCET participating colleges 2025.

The processing fee and certificate verification process could be completed from July 11 to 13, 2024 while 2nd round option entry process could be completed by candidates from July 11 to 14, 2024. Seat allotment results for round 2 was declared on July 16 and on the basis of the seat allotment results self reporting and reporting at the allotted colleges could have been done from July 18 to 20, 2024.
