APSET 2019 Result Released

Andhra University Visakhapatnam today on 20 December released the result for APSET 2019 on its official website. The exam was conducted on 20 October 2019 based on the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines. A total of 28,567 candidates appeared for the APSET 2019 exam which is a gateway exam for the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer vacant in various Institutes of Andhra Pradesh. 

APSET 2019 scorecard will display the names of those candidates who have qualified the exam with a minimum of 40% aggregate (for General candidates) and 35% aggregate (for Reserved category candidates) putting together the two papers. December 20, 2019

A steering committee meeting has been conducted by Andhra University on December 19, 2019, and the officials congratulated APSET committee for the smooth conduct of exam. APSET result 2019 is expected to be released soon.

November 20, 2019

APSET 2019 results are expected to be out by the first week of December. The exact date for result announcement is yet to be confirmed by Andhra University.

Dear candidate, it is not mandatory for you to submit a NOC signed by the District Educational Officer (DEO). If you fulfil all the required AP SET eligibility criteria, then you can appear in the eligibility test which is expected to be conducted on the 06th of December 2020. Dear student, yes, you are eligible to apply for AP SET even though the institution from where you obtained your previous qualifying exam degree is an open university, in your case Dr B R Ambedkar Open University. Also, you must have secured at least 55% aggregate in your Master’s degree qualifying exam.
