CG Pre B.Ed Application Form 2025: The CG Pre B.Ed 2025 online form closed on April 26. Meanwhile, the form editing was available until April 28, 2025. The Chhattisgarh Professional Examinations Board (CPEB) released the form on March 28, 2025.

The main stages of the application process include registration, form filling, uploading documents, paying the application fee, form submission, and taking the printout. It is mandatory to register for the CG Pre B.Ed 2025. Once the login credentials are generated, applicants can then proceed to complete the online form.

How to Fill Application Form for CG Pre B.Ed Exam 2025?

Step 1 - Registration 

• Click on the direct link for the official website of the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board given on this page and the application form like the attached CG Pre B.Ed Sample Application will open in a new window.
• Make sure the candidate has prepared all the documents required for the application, including the scanned copy of the photograph and signature as per the official guidelines.
• Following that, choose a “Yes” or “No” besides the “Are you a domicile of Chhattisgarh” option. Even if the candidate chooses the “No” option, he can continue filling out the form.
• Next up, the applicant needs to choose which exam he is applying for, out of Pre B.Ed or Pre D.El.Ed or both.

Step 2 - Fill the Application Form and Upload Documents

• Once done, he needs to upload the scanned images of the photograph and the signature as per the size limit suggested by the authorities.
• After successfully uploading the images, he needs to enter personal information like the Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Caste Category, Class, Adhaar Card number, contact address, mobile number, Email ID, exam location.

Step 3 - Form Declaration

• He then has to complete the Declaration part by clicking on “I Agree” and entering the captcha code and submitting the form.
• As soon as the candidate clicks on the submit button, a new window will come up with the option of editing the submitted form. 
• If the applicant is assured of submitting correct information, he can select the “Continue” tab or else go to the “Edit” button and edit wherever necessary.

Step 4 - Payment of CG Pre B.Ed Fees

• On choosing “Continue”, the applicant will be taken to another window known as “Application Verification” and then move to the “Pay” option.
• He will find the Registration ID on the window, the amount to be paid will be mentioned on the page and three payment gateways. 
• If the candidate opts for the Online option, he can make the payment via credit card, debit card, Net banking or Internet banking.
• Once concluded, remember to take a printout of the submitted form for future reference
