Bihar Integrated B.Ed CET is conducted by the Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. The entrance test is held annually per the provisions of the State Government. The university is in charge of managing each stage of the selection process, including form release, admit card, examination, result, counselling, etc.

The Bihar Integrated B.Ed CET counselling is organised across multiple rounds and begins typically within a day or two after the results. Initially, those who passed the entrance test must register for the Bihar Integrated B.Ed counselling as per the schedule. After registration, the university releases a notice furnishing the counselling calendar and the student-wise counselling list.

Those who are on the list will be assigned specified dates to attend the counselling. During the counselling, they have to submit a demand draft of Rs 3000/- in favour of the conducting body.
