Highlights of COMEDK UGET 2023 Question Papers
The COMEDK UGET 2023 exam was held on May 28, 2023, and was divided into two shifts. Here is an analysis of the question papers:
Section-wise Difficulty Level
Mathematics: This section was generally rated from moderate to difficult across both shifts. Some problems were lengthy and time-consuming, particularly due to complex calculations and tricky questions.
Physics: Considered the most challenging section in Shift 1, Physics had many calculation-heavy and formula-based questions. In Shift 2, it was somewhat easier but still presented a moderate challenge.
Chemistry: This section was rated as easy to moderate. It had direct questions, mostly from physical, organic, and inorganic chemistry, making it more approachable for candidates in both shifts.
Most Challenging Section
Physics in Shift 1 was rated the toughest overall, with candidates finding it time-consuming and complex. The need for numerous calculations and theoretical type of questions made it difficult.
Relatively Easier Shift
Shift 2 was considered easier overall compared to Shift 1. While Mathematics remained tough, Physics and Chemistry were somewhat easier in the second shift.
Most Asked Topics
Mathematics: Frequently covered topics included Vectors, 3D Geometry, Calculus, and Algebra.
Physics: Most of the questions were based on Mechanics, Optics, Thermodynamics, and Electromagnetic Induction.
Chemistry: The greater part of the question paper was from Organic Chemistry, with significant portions from Chemical Bonding and Inorganic Chemistry.
In the COMEDK UGET 2023 exam, many students had a hard time finishing all the questions, especially in sections like Mathematics and Physics.
