Important Notes
Reject and Upgrade students who are not allotted a seat during the next round will retain the status of their previous Round. This means that they will be considered as ‘Reject and Upgrade’ students
All students who were allotted college as per their first preference and chose ’Reject and Upgrade’ will be required to add preferences above their previously allotted preference
In case the student does not add preferences during the choice filling period for subsequent rounds, he /she will be considered as Reject & Withdraw

Candidates cannot change choices after a particular round’s allotment is completed. However, they are allowed to modify or rearrange choices before each allotment round during the designated choice-editing window.
The ‘Accept and Upgrade’ option allows candidates to temporarily accept the allotted seat while remaining eligible for a better seat in the next round. If a higher preference is allotted later, the previous seat is automatically cancelled.
