In accordance with the Union Grant Commission (UGC), NTA recently proposed changes to CUET PG exam for the 2025 academic year. A team of experts has been established to examine how the exam was administered. Aspects of the examination, including its format, number of exams, length of test papers, curriculum, and operational logistics, have all been reviewed by the committee.

- Duration: 90 minutes per subject/paper
- Language: Bilingual
- Difficulty level: Similar to CUET PG 2024
- CUET PG General Question Paper: Redesigned to assess skill-based knowledge applicable to certain vocations and undergraduate programs
CUET PG Admission Process:
- Admission criteria are based on CUET PG results and UGC standards.
- Specialised Courses: Universities may give CUET PG scores a specific weightage when admitting students to specialised programmes.
Important Note:
Both the CUET PG 225 exam city preference choices and the CUET PG registration fee 2025 have been raised by NTA for applicants registering for the application form. You can now choose up to four exam city centres, compared to the previous limit of two.
- General Category: Rs 1,400 for up to two test papers within India; Rs 700 for each additional paper.
- OBC-NCL/GenEWS: Rs 1,200 for two papers; Rs 600 for each extra paper.
- PwBD Candidates: Rs 1,000 for two papers; Rs 600 for each extra paper.
- SC/ST/Third Gender: Rs 1,100 for two papers; Rs 600 for each extra paper.
- International Applicants: Rs 7,000 for up to two papers; Rs 3,500 for each extra paper.
