ILSAT 2025 Selection Process

ILSAT 2025 Selection Process: The ILSAT 2025 selection process is done based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the written entrance test, their performance in the personal interview round, and their academic records. After the ILSAT results are issued, personal interviews are held. Candidates thus shortlisted based on their performance are handed provisional selection letters.

They have to take admission as per the schedule released by the institute. The candidates have to pay the admission fees, get their documents verified, and complete the formalities. They must submit self-attested photocopies of the documents requested by the admission committee along with the original certificates. The original certificates will be returned to them within a week after verification.

Step-By-Step Selection Process for UG and PG courses

Here are the major steps of the ILSAT 2025 selection process -

For UG Courses: BBA LLB (Hons) / BA LLB (Hons) / BAJ LLB (Hons)

• Candidates will have to take ILSAT. As per the merit in the written test, they shall be considered to be selected for the UG courses at ICFAI. 
• Merit of the candidate in other law entrance exams like CLAT may also be considered for shortlisting candidates for the next round.
• Following the admission test, candidates have to attend a round of personal interviews. 
• Selection letters for provisional admission to the selected candidate shall be issued on the day of the interview. Only after the payment of the admission fee and verification of testimonials shall the candidature of the applicant be confirmed. 
• After the candidates are given provisional admission, the candidate must report for registration into the first semester along with the required documents.

Documents required for UG ILSAT 2025 Selection Process

All the selected candidates must be ready with the self-attested copies of the following documents on the day of admission:

• Class X Mark sheet
• Class XII Mark sheet
• Birth Certificate
• Transfer / Migration Certificate
• Completion Certificate of the qualifying examination from the respective board 
• The original documents of the candidate shall be returned within one week’s time. 

For PG Course- LLM course

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in ILSAT 2025. 
• Due weightage shall be given to academic qualifications and past academic record along with achievement if sports and extracurricular and co-curricular activities. 
• A provisional selection letter shall be sent to the selected candidates.
• The same is subject to payment of the admission fee and verification of testimonials, 
• If a candidate is found ineligible, then his candidature shall be cancelled there and then. The decision of the admission committee of the institute shall be final.
