Dear Student,

Unfortunately, the eligibility criteria set by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) state that only those who have studied Class 10th from Andhra Pradesh and have been residing in the state for more than ten years can sit for the DCET examination. Therefore, you are not eligible to apply for Karnataka DCET 2025 exam. You should know that the authorities demand ID proof and details to be uploaded for verification of students who have completed their 10th level education in Karnataka during the registration process. Is 5&6 sem marks are considered or 1 to 6 sem marks for dcet rank

Dear Student,

KEA considers your final year marks i.e. 5th and 6th semester marks combined with Karnataka DCET score to determine rank. 1st and 2nd semester marks are not taken into consideration in this regard. However, please note that you must score at lease 45% aggregate in all the subjects in your final year of Diploma course (5th and 6th semesters) to be eligible.
