MUCMET Eligibility Criteria 2024

The MUCMET Eligibility Criteria 2024 is the minimum requirement that candidates have to meet to be considered eligible for the MUCMET 2024 examination. The MUCMET or Mumbai University Common Management Entrance Test is conducted every year by the University of Mumbai for admission to the Integrated BMS+MBA program offered at Mumbai University’s Thane campus. Candidates who are going for MUCMET 2024 should check the eligibility criteria decided by the university. The eligibility criteria contain a set of minimum requirements the candidates must fulfill to get admission to the integrated BMS+MMS program. No candidate will be eligible to get admission if he/she fails to satisfy the eligibility criteria of MUCMET.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria of MUCMET 2024

• Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (10+2)/ Higher Secondary School Certificate or any other equivalent qualification from any recognized board
• He/ she must have secured at least 45% aggregate marks(40% aggregate in case of Reserved category) from commerce, arts, science, or any other discipline/ stream
• Candidates must be below 20 years of age (22 years in case of PWD candidates or Reserved category)

Who is Not Eligible for MUCMET 2024?

Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria for MUCMET will not be permitted to enroll in the integrated BMS+MMA program. Therefore, applicants are advised to review the minimum eligibility requirements before beginning the application process.

MUCMET Reservation Policy 2024

Approximately 85% of the total seats are reserved for candidates who are qualified and domiciled in Maharashtra, offering a significant opportunity for candidates from Mumbai. Therefore, candidates from Maharashtra have a higher chance of selection compared to those from other states.
