PU MET Application Form 2025

PU MET 2025 application form was released on January 22, 2025, on the official website at met.puchd.ac.in. The last date for submission of information on the website to generate the Login is April 12, 2025, and the last date for deposit of fee through online mode is April 15, 2025. PU MET 2025 exam is set to be conducted by the Panjab University on April 27, 2025, at Chandigarh by the Panjab University in pen and paper (offline) mode. You can upload the photograph, and signature with the rest of the information on the website after depositing the fee till April 16, 2025. The last date for receiving a copy of the filled Application Form printout along with the requisite documents (if any) at UIAMS by registered post/speed post or by hand is April 25, 2025, up to 4:00 p.m. As a part of the application process, you will be required to pay the application fee in either online or offline mode, and will be required to upload scanned documents, i.e. photograph and signature.

Here are the steps you can follow to fill out the application form for PU MET 2025:

• You will have to enter personal details like the candidate's name, father’s name, mother’s name, working mobile number, DOB, and valid Email ID.

• After filling in the details, note down the Application number, Password, and Login ID.

• Upload a scanned copy of your photograph and signature and fill in other important information like Categories, and Academic Qualification carefully.

• Download and print the SBI deposit slip and deposit the exam fee at any SBI branch.
