How to Fill PUTHAT 2022 Application Form

Filling the PUTHAT Application Form is a mandatory requirement for any candidate who wishes to pursue a BHMCT or BTTM course affiliated to Panjab University. The steps to apply for PUTHAT 2022 can be found given below.

1. Visit the official website of PUTHAT and click on Online Registration. OR
   Click on the PUTHAT 2022 Application Form Direct Link given above.

2. Register for PUTHAT 2022 by filling up the registration form. Provide all of the required details and give consent to receiving SMS from Panjab University regarding PUTHAT 2022.

3. Note the login ID and password. The login ID and Password will be sent to the provided email ID.

4. Log in to the PUTHAT 2022 application form using the provided login ID and password.

5. Pay the application fee for PUTHAT 2022. The PUTHAT 2022 application fee can either be paid online or candidates can download the challan to pay the application fee.

6. Complete the application form by entering all of the required details. Candidates who have deposited the application fee via challan must enter the payment details at least 24 hours after the fee payment. Only then will they be able to complete the application form.

7. Upload scanned copy of photograph and signature.

8. Click Save and Confirm.

Before the final submission of the application form, the candidate must verify that all of their entered information is correct as no changes will be allowed after clicking on confirm.

The payment of PUTHAT 2022 Application Fee can be done via the following modes.

• Online Payment: Fees can be paid online using a credit/debit card or Netbanking

• Challan Payment: The challan to pay the application fee for PUTHAT 2020 can be download after logging in to the application portal.
  Candidates must take a printout of the challan and deposit the application fee at any branch of the State Bank of India. The fee payment via challan must be maid at least 1 day after the challan has been generated from the website.
