How to Access Rajasthan PTET 2025 Result

The candidates can access their Rajasthan PTET 2025 results from the official website with the help of the steps mentioned below -

• Students can check their results of Rajasthan PTET, once launched, with the direct link to download the result. The link is provided above once it is launched by the conducting authority before declaring the results.
• Aspirants can choose to either click on the link that says "2-year B.Ed programme" or the link that says "4-year integrated B.Ed programme."
• Once they open the official result link, they have to enter the details asked and click the "Proceed" button.
• The result is displayed on the screen if the correct details are provided by the applicant.
• Make sure to keep a copy of the results and the mark sheet for future reference.

Rajasthan PTET 2025 Tie Breaker Policy

For two or more candidates securing the same marks in the Rajasthan PTET 2025 exam, the officials deploy a tie-breaker policy to determine the position of such candidates in the Rajasthan PTET 2025 merit list - 

• Higher merit is given to that candidate who has secured a higher aggregate in the qualifying examination, or,

• Higher merit is given to the candidate who is older.

Rajasthan PTET 2025 Merit List

The merit list of qualified candidates is prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidate following the Rajasthan PTET admission rules. The Rajasthan PTET merit list features the names of the shortlisted candidates. Such candidates are required to attend the counselling sessions. 

The Rajasthan PTET merit list is posted on the official website alongside the results. The merit list is released in PDF format, so candidates who take the Rajasthan PTET exam can check their names on the merit list. Rajasthan PTET 2025 Reservation Criteria

The Rajasthan Government has set aside a set number of seats for each district based on the district’s population. However, if such candidates are unavailable during counselling, these seats are filled from the overall general merit list. 

Candidates from other states who are not genuine residents of Rajasthan are treated only in the General Category during the merit list preparation and selection process. As per the Government guidelines, the OBC category gets 21% of the seats, while the SC gets 16%.

How is the Rajasthan PTET 2025 Result Calculated?

The conducting body follows the steps outlined below when preparing the Rajasthan PTET 2025 result.

Marks Calculation

When preparing a candidate's final score, the conducting body keeps in mind the marking scheme and adheres to it. There are 200 questions overall. Every correct answer receives 3 points, while every incorrect answer receives 0 points. There is no deduction for unattempted answers. The same result calculation method is applicable for both the 2-year B.Ed course and the 4-year Integrated B.Ed courses - BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed.

Preparation of Rajasthan PTET Merit List

Candidates are assigned a rank based on their performance in the Rajasthan PTET 2025. The merit list provides important information such as rank, aspirant name, and admit card number. 

Rescanning Answer Sheet

Students can apply for rescanning of the answer sheet by submitting an online application within 10 days of the result announcement for a fee of Rs. 150/- (approx). No application received after the deadline is considered, regardless of the reason.

Rajasthan PTET 2025 Counselling

The Teacher Education Institutions are assigned through counselling. The schedule of the counselling programme is published in Rajasthan's leading newspapers and made available on the Rajasthan PTET website along with instructions for participating in Online Counselling. Candidates who pass the exam must then appear in the Rajasthan PTET counselling.

The following steps are included in the PTET 2025 counselling process:

• Create an account on the official website and register for the counselling.
• Payment of INR 5,000 (approximate) registration fee via credit/debit card or bank challan.
• Qualifying candidates can then exercise college options.
• They are assigned seats in their respective courses and colleges based on merit during the counselling process.
• Students must complete the remaining admission requirements.

Some important points related to PTET counselling include -

• Candidates who do not participate in counselling or refuse to accept the allotted college through counselling lose their Rajasthan PTET merit position and are not considered for enrollment to the B.Ed course. 
• All admissions to the B.Ed programme are made through the Rajasthan PTET 2025.
• The applicants do not have the choice of filling seats at the Institutional (College) level. The authorities allocate the seats.
• They are assigned a Teacher Education Institution / College in the State through online counselling based on their merit, as determined by their faculty, category, teaching subjects, choice of college filled, and so on, and not based on their District/place of residence or any other criteria or rules other than those specified.
• There may be an option of an upward trend in college priority. They may apply for this facility online only after reporting to the college assigned to them. 
• If someone is placed first on the merit list, they must report to the new college.
• If applicants do not qualify the criteria for the required upward movement, their admission remains in the previously reported college, and no fee is refunded.
• At the time of counselling, students may require their Rajasthan PTET 2025 admit card along with other required documents/ certificates.
