PTET choice filling 2024 opened on August 19, 2024. The last date to fill out the college choices is August 22, 2024. Please note that only registered applicants are eligible to participate in the choice filling process. Depending on the college options submitted, the seat allotment for phase 2 will be issued on August 25.

Given below is the detailed step-by-step process to provide choices during the Rajasthan PTET choice filling process which the candidates must know - 

  1. Candidates need to register for the Rajasthan PTET 2024 counselling and choice filling process by paying the registration fee.

  2. They need to provide their college and course choices from the list available in the form.

  3. Check the order in which they would like to submit your choices.

  4. Submit their choices before the last date of choice filling.

*The candidates must make sure they hit the “Save” button after every choice to save themselves from the tedious task of providing their choices again in case there is a power disruption.

  • Those who are eligible have to click on the link named “Allotment Change/ Re-Choice Filling”.
  • Once the link opens, they have to enter their roll number, counselling ID, mother’s name, and date of birth and hit the “login” button.
  • Once inside the portal, they will be prompted to exercise college choices and pay an additional amount of Rs 1000/-.

  • The result will be published online on the official website. A notice regarding the declaration of the results will be published in Rajasthan's leading newspapers for the candidates' information. 
  • Following the publication of the results, the counselling, choice filling, selection, and seat allotment process will begin.
  • The management will prepare a merit list with the marks based on the performance of the candidates in the Rajasthan PTET 2024.
  • The registration fee for online counselling is Rs 5,000.
  • If the candidate joins the allotted college through online counselling, this amount will be adjusted accordingly in the college fees.
  • Rs 200 will be deducted if a candidate fails to report.
  • If a candidate pays the fee but does not attend the college, Rs 600 will be deducted.
  • Rajasthan domicile aspirants' reservations will be made out of the total number of seats available in each Faculty (Arts, Science, and Commerce) per State Government rules.
  • Candidates who do not participate in Online counselling or refuse to accept the assigned college will lose their Rajasthan PTET 2024 merit position and will not be considered for admission to the B.Ed course.
  • Please keep in mind that candidates from other states (other than Rajasthan) will be treated as General Category only.
