RUHS Pharmacy Application Form 2024

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) in Jaipur began accepting applications for their BPharma, DPharma, and MPharma programs on August 31st, 2024. To apply for admission, candidates were required to visit the RUHS website (ruhsraj.org) to complete the process. The registration now stands closed on September 23, 2024. The RUHS Pharmacy exam will be conducted on October 5, 2024 in online mode (computer-based). The RUHS Pharmacy 2024 Application Form correction window is now closed. It was active from September 27 to 30, 2024 till 11.55 pm. This window is opened in case students have made any mistakes, then they can edit the application form during this time.

The RUHS Pharmacy application form has two parts. The first part of the application process is submitting your personal information and academic information and paying the application fee. In the second part, you upload documents like photos and signatures. Additionally, you'll need to choose your preferred colleges and programs. When you report to your assigned college, you must bring a printed copy of the completed application form. Your application might be rejected if you don't provide these copies.

How to fill RUHS Pharmacy 2024 Application Form?

To fill out the RUHS 2024 Pharmacy Application Form, follow these steps:

1. Visit ruhsraj.org to access the application form.
2. Enter all your personal details, including name, date of birth, contact information, and academic details.
3. Review the form and submit it.
4. Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,800 (Rs. 900 for the SC/ST category of Rajasthan state) online or offline.
5. Update transaction details after the payment process.
6. Upload a passport-size photo and signature within the specified size and format.
7. Submit the form.

Tip: Make sure you save your username and password. Also, keep at least two to three printouts of the complete application form for future reference.
