About RUHS Pharmacy Counselling 2024

The Seat Allotment Round 2 for RUHS Pharmacy Counselling 2024 was active starting from November 10, 2024. The last reporting date for Round 2 of the counselling for B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses at the concerned college was extended to 14.11.2024 (Over). For lateral entry admission to paramedics courses in the second year, prospective students can check the RUHS Pharmacy Counselling 2024 in the table below.

Students must note that reporting means printing their allotment letter and reporting to the college they want to join. Students also need to submit the Registration (application) form along with all relevant documents and the required fees. Candidates must register and then select colleges based on their preferences to participate in the RUHS Pharmacy Counselling 2024.

The RUHS Pharmacy exam 2024 was conducted on October 5, 2024. The RUHS Pharmacy result 2024 was released on October 9, 2024. Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) conducts RUHS Pharmacy Counselling after the university declares the results. The shortlisted candidates whose names are on the merit list are eligible for further processing and will be eligible for the choice filling, i.e., filling of choice of colleges and institutes. 

The RUHS Pharmacy Counselling 2024 process consists of document validation, seat allocation, and fee payment. College preferences and course preferences are entered during counselling. To participate, candidates must appear in person at the specified location and time with the required documentation. After the choice filling, the candidates will be called for counselling. The name on the merit list is not a guarantee of final admission. It will be granted after all the formalities are fulfilled and the counselling process is completed.

• Enter the application form number
• Enter the registration password
• Enter the DOB
• Complete part II of the application form ( details mentioned in the section below)
• Enter your number
• Submit details
• Click on the Edit option (if you want to make any changes)
• Confirm and Submit 

Documents Required for RUHS Pharmacy Counselling

The following documents are required for RUHS Pharmacy 2024 counselling: 

• RUHS Pharmacy result 2024
• Class 12th mark sheet
• Identification proof such as a driver's license, PAN card, voter's card, government or PSU card, school ID card, admit card for class XII examinations or Aadhaar card.
• Proof of DOB, such as a certificate from class 10
• Certificate of domicile from the state of Rajasthan, if applicable.
• A certificate of caste and a certificate of subcategory, if applicable.
• The passport-size photograph must be identical to the one pasted on the application form for RUHS Pharmacy 2024
• Certificate of PH, if applicable.
• A copy of your transaction document or proof of payment

Choice Filling for RUHS Pharmacy Counselling 2024

• It is required that a minimum of one college and one course are filled; there is no maximum limit.

Please note: You must select at least one option to be considered.

• The 'Add' button can be used to add additional preferences.
• By clicking on the 'Delete' button, you will be able to remove your old preference.
• By clicking the 'Lock' option, you can lock/secure your choices.
• Candidates will be able to view a declaration.
• Check the box that states "I accept".
• You may print a copy of your selection by clicking on 'Print final form'.
• Make a note of the date on the printout of your final college and course choice.
