TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Exam Selection Process 2022

The selection of the students for TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Exam 2022 will be done in three stages:

  1. Preliminary Test
  2. Mains Exam
  3. Interview

It is compulsory for all the students to attend all the selection stages to qualify for the selection. Absence from any of the stages will result in the disqualification of the student. Selection Process Stage-I

The first stage of the TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Exam 2022 is a preliminary test. The test will be a screening exam only for qualifying into the mains exam. All the students have to score the prescribed cutoff marks to get to the next round which is the Mains exam.

Selection Process Stage-II

After qualifying in the preliminary test, the students will have to appear for the mains exam which will be a written test. A certain cutoff will be calculated which the students must acquire in the test to qualify for the interview round.

    Selection Process Stage-III

    The final stage for selection will be the personal interview or the oral test round. After the interview round, a merit list will be generated. The merit list will be generated on the basis of the evaluation of the candidate in the personal interview round. All of the students who will have their name in the merit list will be eligible for the TNPSC recruitment.
