Based on the previous year’s trends, the procedure for UPCATET seat allotment 2025 will tentatively start from the third week of July 2025 onwards wherein students will be required to complete their online registration, choice filling, and fee payment. The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture & Technology or SVPUAT Meerut administers the UPCATET 2025 seat allotment result declaration for all online and offline rounds of counselling.

After the UPCATET 2025 seat allocation is completed, the authority will release the UPCATET 2025 seat allocation result. The UPCATET seat allotment result 2025 will include information about the courses and colleges that have been assigned to the candidates. The candidates can check the UPCATET seat allotment 2025 result by following the given below steps:

• Step 1: The candidates are required to either visit the official website manually or click on the direct link mentioned above.

• Step 2: On the homepage, they will have to locate the link for “UPCATET 2025 Seat Allotment Result” and click on the link.

• Step 3: Students will be redirected to the login page where they will have to enter the credentials as UPCATET 2025 application number & password to log in.

• Step 4: After logging in, the seat allotment result for UPCATET 2025 will be displayed on the screen. 

• Step 5: Applicants should save and download their UPCATET 2025 results for future reference.

What After UPCATET 2025 Seat Allotment?

The following points will explain to the candidates what to do after the UPCATET 2025 seat allocation.

• The UPCATET Seat Allotment 2025 is done based on the rank of the candidates and the choices filled. After the allotment, the UPCATET result will be published online. The candidates who have been allotted seats will have to pay an amount of INR 5000/- as the security fee deposit. All the candidates (who have been allotted the seats) must pay the security fee deposit or else their seats will be allotted to other candidates. After the payment of security fee deposit, the candidate will be able to download their UPCATET 2025 seat allotment letter.

• The candidates will have to further visit the allotted institute to submit their documents for verification and complete the remaining admission formalities.

• The candidates who have been allotted the seats through the round 1 UPCATET seat allotment 2025 will be allowed to register for the next round of online counselling just after the admission. Such candidates will have to register themselves for the next round of seat allotment in the respective allotted institutes.

• The 3rd counselling round for UG/PG and 2nd counselling round for PhD courses will be offline. For offline counselling, the candidates will have to submit the counselling fee and download the UPCATET 2025 seat allotment letter from the official website. The date, time and venue for the UPCATET seat allotment 2025 and counselling will be intimated to the students by the examination authorities.

Important Notes Regarding UPCATET 2025 Seat Allotment

The candidates must keep in mind the following important notes for UPCATET seat allotment 2025:

• In case the candidates get their seat upgraded, the security fee paid for the previous seat will be adjusted in the new seat. In case the candidate rejects the seat, the security fee will not be refunded.

• If the candidate has accepted a paid seat in the first counselling but gets allocated a free seat in the next counselling, then 50% of the payment done for the previous seat will be refunded.

• The candidates will get the chance of upgradation only once. The course upgradation for the candidates will be allowed within the allotted institute. However, there will be no provision of changing  from one course to another.

• No candidate below the rank of the previously allotted candidate will be provided a paid seat for free.

• If a candidate withdraws from the course after being admitted and the seat is filled by another candidate, the leaving candidate will be refunded the registration fee, seat booking fee, and admission fee. If no other candidate fills the seat, only the caution money will be refunded.
