XIC OET 2025 Counselling is expected to be conducted in May 2025 after the conclusion of interviews. XIC OET 2025 interviews have concluded on April 26, 2025. As per admission rules adopted by the university, students who successfully crack the interview and GD rounds will be called for counselling. In XIC OET 2025 counselling round, students must report to the university with the necessary documents and fees. Seats will be allocated based on the performance in written tests and interviews. XIC OET 2025written test was held on April 5, 6, and 13, 2025. Those accepting seats and paying fees will be granted admission.
XIC OET 2025 Counselling process is the last level of the admission process. Those who qualify for Zoom Video interviews will be informed about it at the end of the test. You will have to wait for some time after the test to attend the Zoom interview. You will be sent to further group discussions or interviews based on the course you want to seek.
After the announcement of XIC OET 2025 results and merit list on May 05, 2025, students will be asked to complete the admission formalities by visiting the Institute like seat booking, fee payment, documents verification, etc. Students who are in the final year of graduation and selected for the course will be awarded a diploma only after completion of the graduation and submission of the final year mark sheet.
Students who will qualify for XIC OET 2025 are required to appear for the second round i.e. Group discussion and Personal Interview via Zoom.

Following are the required documents for XIC OET 2025 counselling process.
The XIC OET 2025 scorecard will be available only for one academic year.
Students can download their XIC OET scorecard 2025 online from the official website of XIC.
The counseling procedure will be based on the student's performance in GD & personal interviews.
XIC OET Counselling Process 2025 will be conducted according to the students’ scorecard list, and the scorecard will be prepared based on the entrance test result, So students need to qualify for the XIC OET entrance test with significantly high scores.
Students must clear this round for admission to XIC University.
In the group discussion round, students must give their best performance to increase their chances of getting shortlisted.
It will be an activity round for students to check their capability.
In one group 5 to 6 students will be included to evaluate their team spirit.
Students will receive marks out of five scales.
Apart from the one-to-one personal interaction session, the PI round may also include some other components including Group Exercise, Writing Test, Extempore speech, and psychometric tests among others.
Personal Interviews will check your smartness, knowledge, personality, etc.
At the GD time, students get an on-the-spot topic and the student needs to discuss the topic.
XIC OET counselling fee is the admission fee that students must pay while accepting their seats at their respective colleges. Without fee payment, admission won’t be granted. Below is a list of course fees for your reference:
