Allahabad University PGAT Counselling 2022

Allahabad University Post Graduate Admission Test (AU PGAT) counselling process will commence after the result declaration of AU PGAT 2022. All the candidates who have qualified for the AU PGAT 2022 will be called for the counselling process. The counselling process of AU PGAT 2022 is likely to be conducted in the month of July 2022. The counselling will take place for all the candidates whose name appears on the merit list issued by the University. On the basis of the merit list, candidates who have been shortlisted will be called to attend the further counselling process which will be conducted in Allahabad University on the specified date.

Through the counselling process, admission into various PG courses is granted in Allahabad University which is done on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in the Allahabad University PGAT entrance exam 2022. Candidates participating in the counselling process must note that once the result of  Allahabad University PGAT entrance exam 2022 is declared, the document verification and seat allotment procedure will take place for the shortlisted candidates on the basis of their scores in AU PGAT 2022. For participation in the AU PGAT 2022 counselling process, candidates will have to carry their admit card, required photographs, requisite fee, and the original and self-attested photocopies of all those marks sheets/ certificates which are required to be attached along with the admission application form. Candidates must note that admission shall not be given to the candidates in the absence of any of these required documents.

PGAT Counselling Procedure of Allahabad University

• The counselling process of the Allahabad University PGAT 2022 entrance examination is conducted via online & offline mode as per the courses.

• Once the result of Allahabad University, PGAT 2022 is declared, the university will publish the merit list for various UG and PG courses and according to the merit list, the candidates will be called to participate in the counselling process of Allahabad University PGAT 2022.

• As per the preference filled by the candidate they will be allotted the seats in order of their merit.

• On a given date and time, candidates will have to report to the counselling venue prescribed by the university. 

• In case the candidate will not attend the counselling process of Allahabad University PGAT 2022 on the prescribed date and time, then their seats will be cancelled and automatically transferred to the next candidate in the order of the merit list.

• At the counselling venue, qualified candidates will have to fill the preference of colleges.

• Candidates will have to report at the allotted college and submit the fee in cash after the seat allotment has been completed.
