AP ADCET 2024 counselling process will take place after the result declaration by the conducting body. Students who qualify for the AP ADCET 2024 exam will be granted admission to their preferred BFA and BDes programs through the counselling process. The final admission through the counselling process will be dependent on parameters such as seat availability, type of students, the result of the design entrance exam and others. 

The counselling process will comprise the registration process, fee payment, document verification, seat allotment and reporting to the college for final admission. Step-by-Step AP ADCET 2024 Counselling Process

Candidates can refer to the step-by-step counselling process of AP ADCET below:

Step 1: Counselling Notification

When the counselling notification is announced on the official website, students have to check out certain aspects such as the counselling schedule, dates, document verification and other details. It is anticipated to be released after the declaration of results. 

Step 2: Counselling Registration

Candidates are required to register for the counselling on the official website. This registration will end as per the specified deadline. The counselling will take place in 2 to 3 phases and only students eligible can apply for it. 

Step 3. Selection of Choice

Students have to make their desired choice of course and college while registering for the counselling session. 

Step 4: Document Verification

All the required documents have to be brought to the counselling venue. These documents will be verified. Also, only after the document verification process concludes, candidates will be allotted a seat. 

Step 5. Seat Allotment

Students will be selected for admission based on their performance, course preference, seat intake and reservation category. The seat allotment letter will be provided to the students who are on the final list. They will be notified for the same. 

Step 6. Report to college 

Candidates must report to their respective allotted colleges to confirm their admission.

Documents Required for AP ADCET 2024 Counselling

Students are required to carry their two sets of photocopies and originals of all the documents listed below at the counselling venue for their admission through AP ADCET. Check out the documents below:

• Transfer Certificate or TC from the last studied college.

• Date of Birth or DOB Certificate (SSC/ Class 10th class marks memo).

• Study or bonafide certificate from class 6th to intermediate or residence certificate or relevant certificate as a proof of local status. (from study/ bonafide certificates issued by School / College).

• Caste Certificate issued by MRO (in case of SC/ ST/ BC).

• PH, NCC, Sports, CAP documents and certificates issued by the competent authority.

• EWS Certificate issued by competent authorities.

• The Latest ‘Income Certificate’ issued by MRO (for the income of parents).

• 2 recent passport size colour photographs.

• Printout of the online filled AP ADCET application form

What After AP ADCET 2024 Counselling?

Candidates must check out the after-process of AP ADCET 2024 counselling below: 

• Final allotment result: After the counselling process is conducted, a final allotment result is released on the official website of ADCET. 
• Confirm admission:  When seats are allotted, students are required to confirm their admission by freezing their allotted seats. 
• Refund: In case the candidate decides to cancel their allotted seat after the fee payment, they will only receive a 90% refund of the total fee as defined before the completion of counselling first phase. On the other hand, an 80% refund will be issued after the counselling second phase. There will be no fee refund after the completion of the second phase of counselling. 
• Report to the college: Students need to confirm their admission by reporting to the college on the date as specified by the conducting body.
