Following are the steps that candidates will have to follow to participate in the FDDI AIST counselling and seat allotment process:
Step 1: Online Registration of FDDI AIST 2025 Counselling
For FDDI AIST 2025 counselling, candidates will first have to register online mode to take part in the FDDI AIST counselling and the seat allotment process.
Step 2: Online Choice Filling of FDDI AIST 2025 Counselling
As a part of the counselling process, candidates will have to fill their choice for the course and campus. Based on the marks/rank and preference for the campus and course, qualified candidates will be called for the counselling process.
Step 3: Seat Allotment of FDDI AIST 2025 Counselling
Once the choice-filling process is done, basis the availability of seats, merit and preferences mentioned by the candidates during the time of registration, candidates will be allotted seats in the courses.
Step 4: Payment and Acceptance of Fee
After the seat allotment, to reserve the seats, qualified candidates will have to pay INR 25000 on the spot after the counselling is over. Candidates must note that the fee paid for the counselling is non-refundable.
Step 5: Document Verification
The verification of documents will be done by the institute before finalising the admission of students. The list of documents required for verification during FDDI counselling has been given ahead on this page.
Step 6: Commencement of Session
After all the required fees have been paid and the documents have been verified the classes will be at FDDI.

Class 10th and 12th Certificate (attested)
Class 10th and 12th Marksheet (attested)
Character certificate from the principal of last attended school/college or any gazetted officer
Caste certificate/Disability certificate (if applicable)
Medical Fitness Certificate/undertaking of medical fitness in original
Demand draft of INR 25,000/- in favour of “FDDI” payable at New Delhi from any bank
Four recent passport-size coloured photographs
Here are a few of the important details related to the counselling of FDDI AIST 2025:
Admission will be strictly made based on the rank/ merit acquired and the campus preference filled by the candidate.
Candidates will be invited for counselling in order of their rank.
An individual who has been offered an admission seat through FDDI Counselling will be required to pay an amount of INR 25,000 at the time of counselling/admission to freeze the seat.
The seat acceptance fee includes a Registration Fee of 10,000/- (Non-Refundable) and an advance fee of INR 15,000 that will be later adjusted against the
balance fee.
Aspirants will be provided with a time frame of 10 working days from the date of reserving their seat to deposit the balance fee.
Candidates need to participate in the counselling process on the date and time allotted by the institute.
An individual, who has secured admission in any programme goes on to withdraw admission, will not be considered for admission during subsequent rounds of counselling (if any).

Yes, it is important to make the payment of the seat allotment fee of FDDI as without it the admission of the candidates would not be confirmed.
To confirm a seat in the FDDI Institute, an individual needs to pay a sum of INR 25,000 including a total of INR 10,000 as a RegistrationFee (Non-Refundable) and INR 15,000 as an Advance Fee which is later adjusted against the balance fee.
After the counselling of FDDI AIST, candidates are required to confirm their admission by making the fee submission before the deadline.
If a candidate appears in the FDDI AIST counselling without the verification documents, he/she would not be considered for admission to the FDDI institute.

The documents required to participate in the counselling process of FDDI AIST are mark sheets and certificates for academic qualifications, character certificates, caste certificates, disability certificates, demand draft of Rs. 25,000, medical fitness certificate etc.
Candidates are eligible for the second round of the FDDI AIST counselling process under the following conditions:
Applicants who were registered but refused to accept a seat assigned or gave up their seat during the first round.
Aspirants who indicated that they would be willing to be promoted in the second round.
Candidates whose seats were cancelled in the first round of allocations because they failed to submit necessary paperwork or pay the required fee; those whose seats were reserved quota applicants because their category changed from reserved to unreserved or PH.
Students are not eligible to participate in the second round of the FDDI AIST counselling process under the following conditions:
Applicants whose seats are assigned in the first round of FDDI counselling and seat allocation according to their first preference.
Aspirants who are withdrawn from counselling after being reported.
Students who made up their minds and indicated that they were satisfied with the seat they were given in the first round did not want to be upgraded.
