Banasthali University Aptitude Test 2025 Counselling Process

Banasthali University Counselling 2025 is set to begin in the last week of July 2025, allowing qualified candidates to complete the BUAT admission process. The Banasthali University Aptitude Test Counselling Schedule has yet to be announced. BUAT 2025 counselling will begin after the declaration of BUAT 2025 results which is expected to be released in July 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted to participate in the counselling process. The relevant authority will provide counselling offline.

The counselling of the Banasthali University Aptitude Test 2025 will be conducted only for female candidates who are willing to get admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the University. Candidates must select a course, verify all required documents, and pay the fee to secure a seat in the Banasthali University Aptitude Test 2025 counselling. Candidates must arrive at the counselling location on the specified date and time. Based on the candidate’s rank on the merit list, they will be called for BUAT 2025 counselling process.

• For all undergraduate courses, the Merit list is prepared using the scores of the Banasthali University Aptitude Test and the marks obtained in 10+2 or equivalent in the ratio of 50:50.

• Candidates who are allotted seats will have to complete the admission formalities by paying the fees as specified. The admission of a candidate will be cancelled automatically if she does not complete the formalities before the specified date for the Banasthali University Aptitude Test 2025 counselling process.

Documents Required for Banasthali University Aptitude Test Counselling 2025

Candidates have to attend the Banasthali University Aptitude Test counselling process 2025 with the following documents:

• Original counselling letter as well as a photocopy of counselling letter

• Admit card (both original and photocopy)

• A bank draft is mandatory

• Original and Xerox copies of Class X and Class 12 mark lists and certificates

• Graduation Mark sheet

• Both Rank Card and Hall Ticket of Banasthali University Aptitude Test

• Original Provisional and Degree Certificate

• Those belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Other must submit their Caste or Community Certificate

• The candidates should submit all the medium forms that are mentioned in the Banasthali University application form

• The candidates must also submit 4-5 passport size photographs either coloured or black and white

• Any other documents mentioned in the BUAT 2025 application form
