Factors Determining BHU PET 2022 Cut-Off

The determination of every entrance exam is done considering a few factors in mind. If candidates are aware of the factors determining the cut-off of BHU PET 2022, they can prepare well for the examination in order to score marks that would satisfy all these factors. Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks in BHU PET 2022

Minimum qualifying marks in BHU PET 2022 have been given below:

• For Candidates belonging to General/OBC categories: Not less than 35% of the marks obtained by the topper of the concerned categories in BHU PET 2022.

• For Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories: Not less than 25% of the marks obtained by the topper of the concerned categories in BHU PET 2022. However, for the courses of MPA and MFA, minimum qualifying marks for theory paper will be 35% and in the practical minimum qualifying marks will be 45%. The Merit shall be based on the sum of two components i.e. marks obtained in theory and practical tests.

• For M.P.Ed, the minimum qualifying marks in Theory Paper shall be 35% while in Physical Fitness Test it will be 45%. The merit for M.P.Ed. will be the sum of two components viz. Marks in Theory Paper and marks in Physical Fitness Test. The University reserves the right to modify the above minimum qualifying marks. 

• In the case of MPA and MFA, the above procedure will be applicable for candidates of all categories. Further, a candidate will be considered deemed appear in the PET who appeared in the Theory as well as Practical(s).
