BITS HD application form 2025 will release on March 6, 2025 (tentatively) in online mode. Candidates can fill out the BITS HD application form 2025 by following these instructions.

Steps to fill the BITS HD 2025

Step 1 - Registration: Candidates must first visit the official website and click on the application form link. Registration requires the entry of information such as name, date of birth, gender, email address, and cellphone number. After completing the registration process, the login credentials will be generated.

Step 2 - Form Filling: Candidates must now provide their personal, academic, and contact information. All of the information submitted must be true. Three exam centres must also be chosen based on personal preferences.

Step 3 - Document submission: Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their most recent passport-size photo (up to 30 KB) and signature (up to 20 KB) in JPG/JPEG. If appropriate, they will also want a scanned copy of their GATE/GPAT Scorecard. The scanned photographs must adhere to the requirements specified by the authorities.

Step 4 - Fee Payment: Candidates must pay the application fee Rs.1000 for GATE qualified candidates and Rs.3400 for non-GATE candidates either online (through net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline (e-challan payable at ICICI bank).

Step 5 - Form Submission: Finally, applicants must submit the BITS HD 2025 application form. A printout must be made for future reference.

BITS HD 2025 slot booking window is expected to commence from May 9, 2025 (tentatively).  Candidates must provide their application number, date of birth, gender, and email address to access the candidate site. BITS HD slot booking is an online method that allows you to reserve a date and time window for the online admission test. It should be mentioned that slot booking will be done based on applicant preferences and slot availability.

Following successful slot booking, students must obtain the admit card of BITS HD 2025 from the official website and keep it secure till the exam day. 

BITS HD admit card 2025 is likely to be released in May 2025 by the Birla Institute of Technical Science on the official website. The admit card is a crucial document for candidates appearing in the exam. The BITS HD 2025 admit card will contain essential information such as the candidate's name, roll number, photograph, exam date, time, and venue. It is mandatory to carry a printed copy of the admit card to the exam center along with a valid photo ID proof. To download the admit card, candidates need to log in to the official website of BITS HD 2025 and enter their login credentials. Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) will release the BITS HD syllabus or BITS Higher Degree examination syllabus  on its official website - bitsadmission.com. The BITS HD exam 2025 consists of two parts, Part 1 contains general topics which include Core Mathematics and English Language & Logical Reasoning while Part 2 contains topics from respective engineering disciplines. Candidates are advised to go through the BITS HD syllabus 2025 prior to proceeding to start their preparation as it will help them make a study plan to prepare.

Candidates can check the BITS HD 2025 iteration in online mode. To view the BITS HD result 2025, candidates must provide their application number, gender, and date of birth. On the basis of the GATE results and the BITS HD entrance examination, the exam administrators will announce two distinct merit lists for each degree course. Candidates should be aware that in each course, 50% of the seats were filled using GPAT/GATE results, with the remaining 50% filled by BITS HD 2025 test scores. The exam administrators prepare a cutoff list for each course based on the number of applications and available seats. 

There is a certain selection process prescribed by the administrative authority of BITS which determines whether a candidate is selected or not. If the candidates qualify up to the selection criteria prescribed by the institute, he/she will be given admission to the program. The candidates must be aware of the BITS HD selection process to have an idea of their selection chances. 

After the entrance test is conducted, BITS HD releases the merit list containing the name of all the candidates who have scored above the cutoff score. The qualifying candidates are further called for the counselling process where they have to bring all the required documents. Further, the candidates will have to appear for the counselling process at allotted date and venue, get the documents verified and pay the admission fee to complete the admission process.
