BITSAT 2025 Counselling Process

BITS Pilani will conduct the BITSAT counselling 2025 expectedly in the month of June 2025. One who qualify the BITS Admission test and meets the required eligibility conditions will be able to apply for the counselling session. During the BITSAT Counselling 2025, the candidates need to fill in the details, submit their marks for class 12th, and opt for their preferred course & campus. One also needs to pay the required BITSAT 2025 counselling fee through online mode, ie, credit card/ debit card/ net banking.

BITS Pilani will conduct the BITSAT Counselling 2025 in 6 rounds in the form of iteration. The candidate's rank as per the BITSAT Result 2025, preferences, and available seats will be taken into consideration for allocating seats. After that, applicants who will be selected for BITSAT iterations 1, 2, 3, and 4 shall have to report to their respective BITS campuses. Following the completion of BITSAT iteration 4, two more rounds of BITSAT 2025 seat allotment may be conducted if required. BITSAT 2025 Counselling Schedule

BITS Pilani will announce the counselling schedule of BITSAT 2025 on its website along with the official notification. However, till the authority releases the dates, the candidates can refer to the tentative schedule mentioned below:-

• Step 1: Online Registration

Candidates must first complete the online registration process at bitsadmission.com. In the registration form, candidates must provide their name, phone number, email address, etc. must be provided. Applicants must ensure that all the information provided is correct since there will be no scope for corrections thereafter. 

• Step 2: Submission of Class 12th Marks

Candidates must provide details of subject-wise marks obtained in the Class 12 exam. Those candidates who are awaiting the results will have to download the application form for BITSAT 2025 counselling and send it to the authorities following the announcement of the 12th results. Additionally, they must write 'Original form already submitted, 12th standard marks being submitted now' on top of the application form.

• Step 3: Choice Filling

After submitting their marks and providing the necessary information, candidates must choose their preferred BITSAT accepting colleges and courses. This is a crucial step as the BITSAT Seat Allotment 2025 will be done on the basis of the web options selected by the candidates.

• Step 4: Seat Allotment

BITSAT 2025 Counselling Fees

Candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of INR 1000 online to apply for BITSAT counselling 2025. They can use a credit card, debit card, net banking, or e-challan to pay the BITSAT counselling fees. Along with a copy of the BITSAT Application Form 2025, candidates must provide the receipt for the application fee payment. Any applicant who wishes to pay the application fee in cash and with a paystub may do so at the ICICI bank. The candidates are advised to keep their bank payment receipts secure for future use.

The candidates will be able to register for seat allotment in an online mode on the official website of the authority. The waiting list will contain the enrolled students who did not receive places in the previous round. Candidates can check their BITSAT 2025 seat allotment status online by following the instructions below:-

• Step 1: First, visit the BITS website and look for the option that says "Seat Allotment Status"
• Step 2: Next, provide your username and password when requested.
• Step 3: Press the "Proceed" or "Submit" button
• Step 4: The candidates' seat allocation status will be shown on the screen in the fourth step along with their basic data

Factors Influencing BITSAT Seat Allotment 2025

• The number of seats allocated for each round will vary depending on factors like the following -

BITSAT 2025 Direct Admission to Board Toppers

Candidates who are top-rank holders in the central and state board examinations would be given direct admission to the BITS Campuses' programmes. Board exam toppers who have earned an overall average of 75% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology with at least 60% in each subject are eligible for admission to courses offered at BITS campuses.

• To enroll for BITSAT 2025 direct admission, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below -
• Visit the official BITSAT website - bitsadmission.com
• Go to the 'Direct Admissions' section and click on the given link
• In the application form, fill in your personal details - name, contact information, academic qualifications, subject-wise marks for grades 10 and 12, and your preferred academic program.
• Upload essential documents, like a recent passport-size photograph, your signature, and a copy of your Class 10 and 12 marksheets. 
• Pay the required application fee of INR 1000 online using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.

Report at the BITS Campus Admissions

Candidates who will have seats assigned based on the results of the BITSAT counselling must appear for admission at the appropriate BITS campus. However, candidates have the option to stay on the BITSAT waitlist if the campus or subject they were assigned is not their top choice. By doing this, applicants can participate in subsequent rounds of BITSAT 2025 counselling and, if a seat becomes available, accept admission to the program or college of their highest preference.

BITSAT 2025 Cutoff

BITS Pilani will release the BITSAT 2025 cutoff after each round of counselling and seat allotment. Candidates who meet the BITSAT Cutoff 2025 will be considered for admission to a certain campus. Furthermore, the BITSAT cutoff rank differs per campus. Candidates with higher marks above the cutoff have a better chance of being admitted to their preferred courses and campus.
