The authorities are yet to announce the counselling and seat allotment dates for GITAM GAT exam 2025. However, candidates must note that the GITAM GAT counselling process 2025 begins soon after the GITAM GAT Result 2025 is declared. Candidates get a provision to download or check their counselling card through the official website of the conducting authority. Those candidates who will successfully qualify for the entrance examination will be deemed eligible to take part in the counselling process.
All the eligible candidates will be able to avail of the GITAM GAT 2025 counselling call letter. The call letter will be made available to the eligible candidates in downloadable format and the candidates must keep the same with them until the completion of the admission procedure. During the GITAM GAT 2025 counselling round/s, the eligible candidates have to provide their choice of course and Institution according to the order of preference. Allocation of seats by the GITAM authorities will be done based on the performance of the test-takers in the entrance exam and the preference submitted by them. Verification of documents, reporting at the allocated Institute and payment of the remaining fee amount will wind up the GITAM GAT counselling process for the year 2025.

The eligible rank holders qualified in GAT 2025 will be required to attend online counselling with their respective call letters, which can be downloaded from the university website at any of the above-mentioned seven centres for admission to B.Tech. /6-Year Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M.Tech.) / B.Arch. / B.Pharm / M.Tech. /M. Pharmacy programmes. For all PH* Candidates, counselling will be held at the Visakhapatnam centre only.

The conducting authorities will issue the GITAM GAT 2025 counselling letter based on their qualifying status in the entrance exam. Candidates will have to download the call letter from the e-counselling portal at admissions.gitam.edu to further participate in the process.
Candidates will need to sign in with their login credentials to download the GITAM GAT 2025 counselling call letter. They must keep the counselling letter safe till the conclusion of the admission process.
Next, candidates must fill out the GITAM GAT e-counselling 2025 online registration and fill in the desired colleges and courses in order of preference. This is an important aspect since the seat allotment will be done taking the candidates' choices into account.
Candidates will need to pay a non-refundable amount of INR 1,000 as the GITAM GAT 2025 counselling fee. The amount can be paid through any online payment gateway, like debit card/credit card/net banking.
After the successful fee payment, candidates will have to report to the GITAM GAT 2025 counselling centre with all the originals and photocopies of the necessary documents for verification, as per the schedule.
Finally, the GITAM seat allotment 2025 will be conducted by the authorities based on the candidate's GAT rank, choices of colleges and courses, and the availability of seats. It must be noted that candidates who qualify JEE Main/AP EAMCET/TS EAMCET exams will also be assigned seats as per their ranks.
After the seat allotment, candidates will have to report to the allotted institute to pay the admission fees and complete other formalities, failing which their seats will be cancelled.
